17Então, poderão estar indagando vocês, por que mudei de plano? Será que eu realmente ainda não me havia decidido? Ou serei eu como um homem do mundo, que diz “sim”, quando na realidade quer dizer “não”?

17Así que, pretendiendo esto, ¿usé quizá de liviandad? ó lo que pienso hacer, ¿piénsolo según la carne, para que haya en mí Sí y No?

17When I therefore was thus minded, did I use lightness? or the things that I purpose, do I purpose according to the flesh, that with me there should be yea yea, and nay nay?
World English Bible
17When I therefore planned this, did I show fickleness? Or the things that I plan, do I plan according to the flesh, that with me there should be the “Yes, yes” and the “No, no?”
