14Auch bestellte er nach der Anordnung seines Vaters David die Abteilungen der Priester zu ihrem Dienst und die Leviten zu ihren Amtsverrichtungen, so daß sie die Lobgesänge anzustimmen hatten und den Priestern zur Hand gingen, wie jeder einzelne Tag es erforderte; ebenso die Torhüter nach ihren Abteilungen für die einzelnen Tore; denn so bestimmte es der Befehl Davids, des Mannes Gottes;

14Y constituyó los repartimientos de los sacerdotes en sus oficios, conforme á la ordenación de David su padre; y los Levitas por sus órdenes, para que alabasen y ministrasen delante de los sacerdotes, cada cosa en su día; asimismo los porteros por su orden á cada puerta: porque así lo había mandado David, varón de Dios.

14And he appointed, according to the order of David his father, the courses of the priests to their service, and the Levites to their charges, to praise and minister before the priests, as the duty of every day required: the porters also by their courses at every gate: for so had David the man of God commanded.
