14Nach seines Vaters David Anordnung bestellte er die Priesterabteilungen zu ihrem Dienste und die Leviten zu ihren Amtsverrichtungen, daß sie lobsangen und bei den Priestern den täglichen Dienst taten, ferner die Torhüter nach ihren Abteilungen für jedes Tor. Denn so war es Befehl des Gottesmannes David.

14Y constituyó los repartimientos de los sacerdotes en sus oficios, conforme á la ordenación de David su padre; y los Levitas por sus órdenes, para que alabasen y ministrasen delante de los sacerdotes, cada cosa en su día; asimismo los porteros por su orden á cada puerta: porque así lo había mandado David, varón de Dios.

14And he appointed, according to the order of David his father, the courses of the priests to their service, and the Levites to their charges, to praise and minister before the priests, as the duty of every day required: the porters also by their courses at every gate: for so had David the man of God commanded.
