17El Señor hizo que el rey de Babilonia se levantara en contra de ellos y matara a los jóvenes, a los que siguió aun dentro del templo, sin tener misericordia de jóvenes ni doncellas ni de ancianos. El Señor permitió que todos cayeran en las manos del rey de Babilonia.
