15So lasset euch nun durch Hiskia nicht verführen und lasset euch nicht also von ihm bereden und glaubet ihm nicht! Denn da kein Gott irgend einer Nation oder eines Königreiches sein Volk aus meiner Hand und aus der Hand meiner Väter zu erretten vermochte, so wird auch euer Gott euch nicht aus meiner Hand zu erretten vermögen!

15Now therefore let not Hezekiah deceive you, nor persuade you on this manner, neither yet believe him: for no god of any nation or kingdom was able to deliver his people out of mine hand, and out of the hand of my fathers: how much less shall your God deliver you out of mine hand?
