E Hiram re di Tiro, nella lettera, che scrisse a Salomone, così diceva: Perchè il Signore ha amato il suo popolo, per questo ne ha dato a te il governo.

Entonces Hiram rey de Tiro respondió por letras, las que envió á Salomón: Porque Jehová amó á su pueblo, te ha puesto por rey sobre ellos.

Then Huram the king of Tyre answered in writing, which he sent to Solomon, Because the LORD hath loved his people, he hath made thee king over them.
