24Denn das Heer der Syrer war zwar mit wenig Mannschaft eingebrochen; aber der Herr hatte ein sehr grosses Heer in ihre Gewalt gegeben, weil die Judäer den Herrn, den Gott ihrer Väter, verlassen hatten. So vollzogen die Syrer an Joas das Strafgericht.
