9Wenn uns ein Unglück trifft, Krieg, Strafgericht, Pest oder Hungersnot, so wollen wir vor diesen Tempel und vor dich treten - denn dein Name wohnt in diesem Tempel! - und dich in unserer Not anflehen, damit du uns hörest und errettest.

9Si mal viniere sobre nosotros, ó espada de castigo, ó pestilencia, ó hambre, presentarnos hemos delante de esta casa, y delante de ti, (porque tu nombre está en esta casa,) y de nuestras tribulaciones clamaremos á ti, y tú nos oirás y salvarás.

9If, when evil cometh upon us, as the sword, judgment, or pestilence, or famine, we stand before this house, and in thy presence, (for thy name is in this house,) and cry unto thee in our affliction, then thou wilt hear and help.

World English Bible

9‘If evil comes on us—the sword, judgment, pestilence, or famine—we will stand before this house, and before you (for your name is in this house), and cry to you in our affliction, and you will hear and save.’
