9›Wenn Unglück über uns hereinbricht, Krieg als Strafgericht oder die Pest oder Hungersnot, und wir dann vor dieses Haus und vor dich hintreten – denn dein Name wohnt in diesem Hause! – und wir in unserer Bedrängnis zu dir schreien, so wirst du uns erhören und erretten.«

9Si mal viniere sobre nosotros, ó espada de castigo, ó pestilencia, ó hambre, presentarnos hemos delante de esta casa, y delante de ti, (porque tu nombre está en esta casa,) y de nuestras tribulaciones clamaremos á ti, y tú nos oirás y salvarás.

9If, when evil cometh upon us, as the sword, judgment, or pestilence, or famine, we stand before this house, and in thy presence, (for thy name is in this house,) and cry unto thee in our affliction, then thou wilt hear and help.

World English Bible

9‘If evil comes on us—the sword, judgment, pestilence, or famine—we will stand before this house, and before you (for your name is in this house), and cry to you in our affliction, and you will hear and save.’
