20AI día siguiente se levantaron temprano y salieron al desierto de Tecoa. Mientras iban saliendo, Josafat se paró y dijo: “¡Oídme, oh Judá y vosotros los habitantes de Jerusalén! Tened confianza en Yahvé, vuestro Dios, y estaréis seguros; confiad en sus profetas, y triunfaréis.”

20Y como se levantaron por la mañana, salieron por el desierto de Tecoa. Y mientras ellos salían, Josaphat estando en pie, dijo: Oidme, Judá y moradores de Jerusalem. Creed á Jehová vuestro Dios, y seréis seguros; creed á sus profetas, y seréis prosperados.

20And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.

20They rose early in the morning and went out into the wilderness of Tekoa. As they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Listen to me, Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem! Believe in the LORD your God, so you will be established! Believe his prophets, so you will prosper.”
