2And there came some and told Jehoshaphat, saying, There is coming against thee, a great multitude from beyond the sea, from Syria,—and lo! they are in Hazazon-tamar, the same, is Engedi.

2Then there came some that told Jehoshaphat, saying, There cometh a great multitude against thee from beyond the sea on this side Syria; and, behold, they be in Hazazon-tamar, which is En-gedi.

2Then some came who told Jehoshaphat, saying, “A great multitude is coming against you from beyond the sea from Syria. Behold, they are in Hazazon Tamar” (that is, En Gedi).
