16Et quand tout Israël vit que le roi ne les écoutait point, le peuple répondit au roi, en disant : Quelle part avons-nous avec David ? Nous n’avons point d’héritage avec le fils d’Isaï. Israël, chacun à ses tentes ! Maintenant, David, pourvois à ta maison. Ainsi tout Israël s’en alla dans ses tentes.

16And when all Israel saw that the king would not hearken unto them, the people answered the king, saying, What portion have we in David? and we have none inheritance in the son of Jesse: every man to your tents, O Israel: and now, David, see to thine own house. So all Israel went to their tents.

16When all Israel saw that the king didn’t listen to them, the people answered the king, saying, “What portion do we have in David? We don’t have an inheritance in the son of Jesse! Every man to your tents, Israel! Now see to your own house, David.” So all Israel departed to their tents.
