Siamo perciò sobrj noi, che siamo (figliuoli) del giorno, rivestiti della corazza della fede, e della carità, e della speranza della salute per cimiero:

Mas nosotros, que somos del día, estemos sobrios, vestidos de cota de fe y de caridad, y la esperanza de salud por yelmo.

But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
