E che procuriate di viver quieti, e di fare il fatto vostro, e di lavorar colle vostre mani, conforme vi ordinammo, e che vi diportiate con onestà verso gli estranei: e non abbiate io nulla bisogno di alcuno.

Y que procuréis tener quietud, y hacer vuestros negocios, y obréis de vuestras manos de la manera que os hemos mandado;

And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;

and that you make it your ambition to lead a quiet life, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, even as we instructed you,
