1 Samuel 8

E gli dissero: Tu sei omai vecchio e i tuoi figliuoli non batteron la strada, cui battevi tu: eleggi a noi un re, il quale ci amministri la giustizia, come lo han tutte queste nazioni.

Y dijéronle: He aquí tú has envejecido, y tus hijos no van por tus caminos: por tanto, constitúyenos ahora un rey que nos juzgue, como todas las gentes.

And said unto him, Behold, thou art old, and thy sons walk not in thy ways: now make us a king to judge us like all the nations.

They said to him, “Behold, you are old, and your sons don’t walk in your ways. Now make us a king to judge us like all the nations.”
