1 Samuel 4

Guai a noi: perocché coloro non erano tanto allegri ieri, nè ieri l'altro: guai a noi. Chi ci salverà dalle mani di questi dei eccelsi? questi sono gli dei che fiaccaron l'Egitto con ogni sorta di sciagure presso al deserto.

¡Ay de nosotros! ¿Quién nos librará de las manos de estos dioses fuertes? Estos son los dioses que hirieron á Egipto con toda plaga en el desierto.

Woe unto us! who shall deliver us out of the hand of these mighty Gods? these are the Gods that smote the Egyptians with all the plagues in the wilderness.
