1 Samuel 28

Adesso adunque ascolta anche tu la voce della tua serva, e io ti porrò davanti un pezzo di pane, onde ripigli le forze col mangiare, e possi far tuo viaggio.

Ruégote pues, que tú también oigas la voz de tu sierva: pondré yo delante de ti un bocado de pan que comas, para que te corrobores, y vayas tu camino.

Now therefore, I pray thee, hearken thou also unto the voice of thine handmaid, and let me set a morsel of bread before thee; and eat, that thou mayest have strength, when thou goest on thy way.

Now therefore, please listen also to the voice of your servant, and let me set a morsel of bread before you. Eat, that you may have strength when you go on your way.”
