Davidde pertanto portò via la lancia e la coppa dell'acqua che Saul avea presso al suo capo, e se n'andarono: e non eravi anima, che vedesse o sentisse, o vegliasse, ma tutti dormivano, perchè eran presi da sonno profondo.
Llevóse pues David la lanza y la botija de agua de la cabecera de Saúl, y fuéronse; que no hubo nadie que viese, ni entendiese, ni velase, pues todos dormían: porque un profundo sueño enviado de Jehová había caído sobre ellos.
So David took the spear and the cruse of water from Saul’s bolster; and they gat them away, and no man saw it, nor knew it, neither awaked: for they were all asleep; because a deep sleep from the LORD was fallen upon them.
