29Et si des hommes se lèvent pour te persécuter et attenter à ta vie, la vie de mon Seigneur sera serrée dans l'écrin de la vie auprès de l'Éternel, ton Dieu, tandis que la vie de tes ennemis sera agitée dans la paume de la fronde.

29Yet a man is risen to pursue thee, and to seek thy soul: but the soul of my lord shall be bound in the bundle of life with the LORD thy God; and the souls of thine enemies, them shall he sling out, as out of the middle of a sling.
World English Bible
29Though men may rise up to pursue you and to seek your soul, yet the soul of my lord will be bound in the bundle of life with the LORD your God. He will sling out the souls of your enemies as from a sling’s pocket.
