10(H24-11) Ecco in quest’ora stessa tu vedi coi tuoi propri occhi che l’Eterno t’avea dato oggi nelle mie mani in quella spelonca; qualcuno mi disse di ucciderti, ma io t’ho risparmiato, e ho detto: Non metterò le mani addosso al mio signore, perch’egli è l’unto dell’Eterno.

10Behold, this day thine eyes have seen how that the LORD had delivered thee to day into mine hand in the cave: and some bade me kill thee: but mine eye spared thee; and I said, I will not put forth mine hand against my lord; for he is the LORD’s anointed.
World English Bible
10Behold, today your eyes have seen how the LORD had delivered you today into my hand in the cave. Some urged me to kill you, but I spared you. I said, ‘I will not stretch out my hand against my lord, for he is the LORD’s anointed.’
