10et David de sa main jouait du luth. Et Saül chercha à percer avec sa pique David d'un coup qui l'attachât à la paroi ; mais David l'esquiva, et la pique se planta dans la paroi, et David s'enfuit et s'échappa cette nuit même.

10And Saul sought to smite David even to the wall with the javelin; but he slipped away out of Saul’s presence, and he smote the javelin into the wall: and David fled, and escaped that night.
