9Mais Saül et le peuple épargnèrent Agag, ainsi que ce qu'il y avait de meilleur dans les brebis, les bœufs, les bêtes grasses, les agneaux, et tout ce qui était bon ; ils ne voulurent pas les vouer à la destruction, mais ils détruisirent tout ce qui était misérable et chétif.
