Samuel dijo a todo Israel: "He escuchado todo lo que me dijeron, y he puesto un rey sobre ustedes.
Y DIJO Samuel á todo Israel: He aquí, yo he oído vuestra voz en todas las cosas que me habéis dicho, y os he puesto rey.
And Samuel said unto all Israel, Behold, I have hearkened unto your voice in all that ye said unto me, and have made a king over you.

Ahora, aquí está el rey caminando ante ustedes; yo soy viejo y lleno de canas, y mis hijos están con ustedes. He caminado delante de ustedes desde mi juventud hasta hoy.
Ahora pues, he aquí vuestro rey va delante de vosotros. Yo soy ya viejo y cano: mas mis hijos están con vosotros, y yo he andado delante de vosotros desde mi mocedad hasta este día.
And now, behold, the king walketh before you: and I am old and grayheaded; and, behold, my sons are with you: and I have walked before you from my childhood unto this day.

Aquí estoy; declaren contra mí, ante El SEÑOR y ante su ungido. ¿Qué bueyes he tomado? o ¿Qué burras he tomado? ¿A quién he defraudado? ¿A quién he oprimido? ¿De qué mano he tomado un regalo deshonesto para cegar mis ojos? Declaren en contra mía y yo se los restituiré."
Aquí estoy; atestiguad contra mí delante de Jehová y delante de su ungido, si he tomado el buey de alguno, ó si he tomado el asno de alguno, ó si he calumniado á alguien, ó si he agraviado á alguno, ó si de alguien he tomado cohecho por el cual haya cubierto mis ojos: y os satisfaré.
Behold, here I am: witness against me before the LORD, and before his anointed: whose ox have I taken? or whose ass have I taken? or whom have I defrauded? whom have I oppressed? or of whose hand have I received any bribe to blind mine eyes therewith? and I will restore it you.
Here I am. Witness against me before the LORD and before his anointed. Whose ox have I taken? Whose donkey have I taken? Whom have I defrauded? Whom have I oppressed? Of whose hand have I taken a bribe to make me blind my eyes? I will restore it to you.”
Ellos dijeron: "No no has engañado, oprimido, o robado nada de mano de ningún hombre."
Entonces dijeron: Nunca nos has calumniado, ni agraviado, ni has tomado algo de mano de ningún hombre.
And they said, Thou hast not defrauded us, nor oppressed us, neither hast thou taken ought of any man’s hand.
They said, “You have not defrauded us, nor oppressed us, neither have you taken anything from anyone’s hand.”
Él les dijo a ellos: "El SEÑOR es testigo en contra de ustedes, y su ungido es testigo hoy de que ustedes no encontraron nada en mi mano". Y ellos respondieron: "El SEÑOR es testigo."
Y él les dijo: Jehová es testigo contra vosotros, y su ungido también es testigo en este día, que no habéis hallado en mi mano cosa ninguna. Y ellos respondieron: Así es.
And he said unto them, The LORD is witness against you, and his anointed is witness this day, that ye have not found ought in my hand. And they answered, He is witness.
He said to them, “The LORD is witness against you, and his anointed is witness today, that you have not found anything in my hand.” They said, “He is witness.”
Samuel dijo al pueblo: "Es El SEÑOR quien estableció a Moisés y Aarón, y quien trajo a sus padres de la tierra de Egipto.
Entonces Samuel dijo al pueblo: Jehová es quien hizo á Moisés y á Aarón, y que sacó á vuestros padres de la tierra de Egipto.
And Samuel said unto the people, It is the LORD that advanced Moses and Aaron, and that brought your fathers up out of the land of Egypt.
Samuel said to the people, “It is the LORD who appointed Moses and Aaron, and that brought your fathers up out of the land of Egypt.
Ahora pues, preséntense a sí mismos, delante del SEÑOR, para que yo discuta con ustedes respecto a todas las cosas buenas que el SEÑOR hizo para ustedes y para sus padres.
Ahora pues, aguardad, y yo os haré cargo delante de Jehová de todas las justicias de Jehová, que ha hecho con vosotros y con vuestros padres.
Now therefore stand still, that I may reason with you before the LORD of all the righteous acts of the LORD, which he did to you and to your fathers.

Cuando Jacob vino a Egipto, y sus padres clamaron al SEÑOR. El SEÑOR envió a Moisés y Aarón, quienes dirigieron a sus padres fuera de Egipto y ellos los llevaron a este lugar.
Después que Jacob hubo entrado en Egipto y vuestros padres clamaron á Jehová, Jehová envió á Moisés y á Aarón, los cuales sacaron á vuestros padres de Egipto, y los hicieron habitar en este lugar.
When Jacob was come into Egypt, and your fathers cried unto the LORD, then the LORD sent Moses and Aaron, which brought forth your fathers out of Egypt, and made them dwell in this place.

Pero ellos olvidaron al SEÑOR su DIOS; y fueron entregados a mano de Sísara, capitán del ejército de Hazor, a mano de los Filisteos, y a mano del rey de Moab; todos estos pelearon con sus antepasados.
Y olvidaron á Jehová su Dios, y él los vendió en la mano de Sísara capitán del ejército de Asor, y en la mano de los Filisteos, y en la mano del rey de Moab, los cuales les hicieron guerra.
And when they forgat the LORD their God, he sold them into the hand of Sisera, captain of the host of Hazor, and into the hand of the Philistines, and into the hand of the king of Moab, and they fought against them.

Ellos clamaron al SEÑOR y dijeron: 'Nosotros hemos pecado, porque hemos abandonado al SEÑOR y hemos servido a Baales y a Astarot. Pero ahora líbranos del poder de nuestros enemigos, y nosotros te serviremos.'
Y ellos clamaron á Jehová, y dijeron: Pecamos, que hemos dejado á Jehová, y hemos servido á los Baales y á Astaroth: líbranos pues ahora de la mano de nuestros enemigos, y te serviremos.
And they cried unto the LORD, and said, We have sinned, because we have forsaken the LORD, and have served Baalim and Ashtaroth: but now deliver us out of the hand of our enemies, and we will serve thee.

Entonces El SEÑOR envió a Jerobaal, a Bedán, a Jefté y a Samuel, y les dio la victoria sobre sus enemigos alrededor de ustedes, así que vivieron en seguridad.

Y habiendo visto que Naas rey de lo hijos de Ammón venía contra vosotros, me dijisteis: No, sino rey reinará sobre nosotros; siendo vuestro rey Jehová vuestro Dios.
And when ye saw that Nahash the king of the children of Ammon came against you, ye said unto me, Nay; but a king shall reign over us: when the LORD your God was your king.
“When you saw that Nahash the king of the children of Ammon came against you, you said to me, ‘No, but a king shall reign over us,’ when the LORD your God was your king.
Ahora aquí está el rey a quien ustedes eligieron, quien ustedes pidieron y quien El SEÑOR nombró como rey sobre ustedes.
Ahora pues, ved aquí vuestro rey que habéis elegido, el cual pedisteis; ya veis que Jehová ha puesto sobre vosotros rey.
Now therefore behold the king whom ye have chosen, and whom ye have desired! and, behold, the LORD hath set a king over you.

Si ustedes temen al SEÑOR, sírvanle, obedezcan su voz, y no se rebelen en contra del mandato de Dios, entonces, ambos, ustedes y el rey quien reina sobre ustedes, serán seguidores del SEÑOR su DIOS.
Si temiereis á Jehová y le sirviereis, y oyereis su voz, y no fuereis rebeldes á la palabra de Jehová, así vosotros como el rey que reina sobre vosotros, seréis en pos de Jehová vuestro Dios.
If ye will fear the LORD, and serve him, and obey his voice, and not rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then shall both ye and also the king that reigneth over you continue following the LORD your God:
If you will fear the LORD, and serve him, and listen to his voice, and not rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then both you and also the king who reigns over you are followers of the LORD your God.
Si ustedes no obedecen la voz del SEÑOR, sino que se rebelan en contra de los mandatos del SEÑOR, la mano del SEÑOR será en contra de ustedes, como fue en contra de sus padres.
Mas si no oyereis la voz de Jehová, y si fuereis rebeldes á las palabras de Jehová, la mano de Jehová será contra vosotros como contra vuestros padres.
But if ye will not obey the voice of the LORD, but rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then shall the hand of the LORD be against you, as it was against your fathers.
But if you will not listen to the LORD’s voice, but rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then the LORD’s hand will be against you, as it was against your fathers.
Incluso ahora ustedes mismos vean esta gran cosa que el SEÑOR hará ante sus ojos.
Esperad aún ahora, y mirad esta gran cosa que Jehová hará delante de vuestros ojos.
Now therefore stand and see this great thing, which the LORD will do before your eyes.
“Now therefore stand still and see this great thing, which the LORD will do before your eyes.
¿No es ahora la cosecha del trigo? Clamaré al SEÑOR para que Él envíe truenos y lluvia. Entonces, ustedes sabrán y verán que su maldad es grande, a la vista del SEÑOR, al pedir para ustedes un rey."
¿No es ahora la siega de los trigos? Yo clamaré á Jehová, y él dará truenos y aguas; para que conozcáis y veáis que es grande vuestra maldad que habéis hecho en los ojos de Jehová, pidiéndoos rey.
Is it not wheat harvest to day? I will call unto the LORD, and he shall send thunder and rain; that ye may perceive and see that your wickedness is great, which ye have done in the sight of the LORD, in asking you a king.
Isn’t it wheat harvest today? I will call to the LORD, that he may send thunder and rain; and you will know and see that your wickedness is great, which you have done in the LORD’s sight, in asking for a king.”
Entonces Samuel oró al SEÑOR; y ese mismo día El SEÑOR envió truenos y lluvia. Luego todo el pueblo tuvo miedo del SEÑOR y de Samuel.
Y Samuel clamó á Jehová; y Jehová dió truenos y aguas en aquel día; y todo el pueblo temió en gran manera á Jehová y á Samuel.
So Samuel called unto the LORD; and the LORD sent thunder and rain that day: and all the people greatly feared the LORD and Samuel.

Entonces, toda la gente dijo a Samuel: "Ora por tus sirvientes al SEÑOR tu Dios, para que no muramos. Porque nosotros añadimos a todos nuestros pecados este mal, de pedir un rey sobre nosotros.
Entonces dijo todo el pueblo á Samuel: Ruega por tus siervos á Jehová tu Dios, que no muramos: porque á todos nuestros pecados hemos añadido este mal de pedir rey para nosotros.
And all the people said unto Samuel, Pray for thy servants unto the LORD thy God, that we die not: for we have added unto all our sins this evil, to ask us a king.
All the people said to Samuel, “Pray for your servants to the LORD your God, that we not die; for we have added to all our sins this evil, to ask for a king.”
Samuel respondió: "No tengan miedo. Ustedes han hecho todo este mal, pero no se aparten del SEÑOR, sirvan al SEÑOR con todo su corazón.
Y Samuel respondió al pueblo: No temáis: vosotros habéis cometido todo este mal; mas con todo eso no os apartéis de en pos de Jehová, sino servid á Jehová con todo vuestro corazón:
And Samuel said unto the people, Fear not: ye have done all this wickedness: yet turn not aside from following the LORD, but serve the LORD with all your heart;
Samuel said to the people, “Don’t be afraid. You have indeed done all this evil; yet don’t turn away from following the LORD, but serve the LORD with all your heart.
No se aparten detrás de cosas falsas que ni sirven ni salvan a ustedes, porque esas cosas son inútiles.
No os apartéis en pos de las vanidades, que no aprovechan ni libran, porque son vanidades.
And turn ye not aside: for then should ye go after vain things, which cannot profit nor deliver; for they are vain.
Don’t turn away to go after vain things which can’t profit or deliver, for they are vain.
Por causa de su gran nombre, el SEÑOR no rechazará a su pueblo, porque El SEÑOR se alegra al tomarlos como pueblo Suyo.
Pues Jehová no desamparará á su pueblo por su grande nombre; porque Jehová ha querido haceros pueblo suyo.
For the LORD will not forsake his people for his great name’s sake: because it hath pleased the LORD to make you his people.

Por mi parte, lejos esté de mí pecar contra el SEÑOR, dejando de orar por ustedes, en lugar de ello, les enseñaré lo que es bueno y recto.
Así que, lejos sea de mí que peque yo contra Jehová cesando de rogar por vosotros; antes yo os enseñaré por el camino bueno y derecho.
Moreover as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the LORD in ceasing to pray for you: but I will teach you the good and the right way:

Sólo teman al SEÑOR y sírvanle en verdad con todo su corazón. Vean las grandes cosas que hizo por ustedes.
Solamente temed á Jehová, y servidle de verdad con todo vuestro corazón, porque considerad cuán grandes cosas ha hecho con vosotros.
Only fear the LORD, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he hath done for you.

Pero si siguen en hacer el mal, ustedes y su rey serán destruídos.
