1DANN nahm Samuel die Ölflasche und goss sie über sein Haupt aus, küsste ihn und sprach: Hat dich nicht der Herr zum Fürsten über sein Volk gesalbt? Du sollst herrschen über das Volk des Herrn, und du sollst es erretten aus der Hand seiner Feinde ringsumher. Dies aber sei dir das Zeichen, dass dich der Herr zum Fürsten über sein Eigentum gesalbt hat:
