Esto es para que su fe sea probada, la fe que es más preciosa que el oro, el cual perece en el fuego que prueba su fe. Esto ocurre para que su fe sea encontrada como resultado de alabanza, gloria y honor ante la revelación de Jesucristo.
Para que la prueba de vuestra fe, mucho más preciosa que el oro, el cual perece, bien que sea probado con fuego, sea hallada en alabanza, gloria y honra, cuando Jesucristo fuere manifestado:
That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
that the proof of your faith, which is more precious than gold that perishes, even though it is tested by fire, may be found to result in praise, glory, and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ—
