E questa casa sarà un esempio: chiunque le passerà davanti rimarrà stupefatto, e darà in esclamazioni, e dirà: Per qual motivo ha egli il Signore trattato in tal guisa questo paese, e questa casa?

Y esta casa que estaba en estima, cualquiera que pasare por ella se pasmará, y silbará, y dirá: ¿Por qué ha hecho así Jehová á esta tierra, y á esta casa?

And at this house, which is high, every one that passeth by it shall be astonished, and shall hiss; and they shall say, Why hath the LORD done thus unto this land, and to this house?

Though this house is so high, yet everyone who passes by it will be astonished and hiss; and they will say, ‘Why has the LORD done this to this land and to this house?’
