Allora si adunarono tutti i seniori d'Israele co' principi delle tribù, e i capi delle famiglie de' figliuoli d'Israele presso al re Salomone a Gerusalemme, per fare il trasporto dell'arca del testamento del Signore, dalla città di Davidde, cioè da Sion.

ENTONCES juntó Salomón los ancianos de Israel, y á todas las cabezas de las tribus, y á los príncipes de las familias de los hijos de Israel, al rey Salomón en Jerusalem para traer el arca del pacto de Jehová de la ciudad de David, que es Sión.

Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel, and all the heads of the tribes, the chief of the fathers of the children of Israel, unto king Solomon in Jerusalem, that they might bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD out of the city of David, which is Zion.

Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel with all the heads of the tribes, the princes of the fathers’ households of the children of Israel, to King Solomon in Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the LORD’s covenant out of David’s city, which is Zion.

E tutto Israele si congregò davanti al re Salomone nel dì solenne del mese Ethanim, che è il settimo mese.

Y se juntaron al rey Salomón todos los varones de Israel en el mes de Ethanim, que es el mes séptimo, en el día solemne.

And all the men of Israel assembled themselves unto king Solomon at the feast in the month Ethanim, which is the seventh month.

E andarono tutti gli anziani d'Israele e i sacerdoti presero l'arca,

Y vinieron todos los ancianos de Israel, y los sacerdotes tomaron el arca.

And all the elders of Israel came, and the priests took up the ark.

E portarono l'arca del Signore, e il tabernacolo dell'alleanza, e tutti i vasi del Santuario, che erano nel tabernacolo: e li portavano i sacerdoti, e i Leviti.

Y llevaron el arca de Jehová, y el tabernáculo del testimonio, y todos los vasos sagrados que estaban en el tabernáculo; los cuales llevaban los sacerdotes y Levitas.

And they brought up the ark of the LORD, and the tabernacle of the congregation, and all the holy vessels that were in the tabernacle, even those did the priests and the Levites bring up.

They brought up the LORD’s ark, the Tent of Meeting, and all the holy vessels that were in the Tent. The priests and the Levites brought these up.

E il re Salomone, e tutta la moltitudine d'Israele, che si era adunata presso di lui, andavano con lui innanzi all'arca, e immolavan pecore, e bovi in copia inestimabile, e senza numero.

Y el rey Salomón, y toda la congregación de Israel que á él se había juntado, estaban con él delante del arca, sacrificando ovejas y bueyes, que por la multitud no se podían contar ni numerar.

And king Solomon, and all the congregation of Israel, that were assembled unto him, were with him before the ark, sacrificing sheep and oxen, that could not be told nor numbered for multitude.

E i sacerdoti portaron l'arca del testamento del Signore al luogo destinatole, nell'oracolo del tempio, nel Santo dei Santi, sotto le ale dei Cherubini.

Y los sacerdotes metieron el arca del pacto de Jehová en su lugar, en el oráculo de la casa, en el lugar santísimo, debajo de las alas de los querubines.

And the priests brought in the ark of the covenant of the LORD unto his place, into the oracle of the house, to the most holy place, even under the wings of the cherubims.

The priests brought in the ark of the LORD’s covenant to its place, into the inner sanctuary of the house, to the most holy place, even under the cherubim’s wings.

Perocché i Cherubini stendevano le loro ale sopra il sito dell'arca, e adombravano superiormente l'arca, e le sue stanghe.

Porque los querubines tenían extendidas las alas sobre el lugar del arca, y así cubrían los querubines el arca y sus varas por encima.

For the cherubims spread forth their two wings over the place of the ark, and the cherubims covered the ark and the staves thereof above.

E le stanghe, le quali spuntavano in fuora (talmente che le loro estremità si vedevano fuori del Santuario dinanzi all'oracolo) non comparivan più al di fuori, ed elle vi son rimase fino al dì d'oggi.

E hicieron salir las varas; que las cabezas de las varas se dejaban ver desde el santuario delante del oráculo, mas no se veían desde afuera: y así se quedaron hasta hoy.

And they drew out the staves, that the ends of the staves were seen out in the holy place before the oracle, and they were not seen without: and there they are unto this day.

The poles were so long that the ends of the poles were seen from the holy place before the inner sanctuary, but they were not seen outside. They are there to this day.

E nell'arca non v'era altra cosa, se non le due tavole di pietra postevi da Mosè a Horeb, quando il Signore fece l'alleanza co' figliuoli d'Israele, dopo che furono usciti dalla terra d'Egitto.

En el arca ninguna cosa había más de las dos tablas de piedra que había allí puesto Moisés en Horeb, donde Jehová hizo la alianza con los hijos de Israel, cuando salieron de la tierra de Egipto.

There was nothing in the ark save the two tables of stone, which Moses put there at Horeb, when the LORD made a covenant with the children of Israel, when they came out of the land of Egypt.

There was nothing in the ark except the two stone tablets which Moses put there at Horeb, when the LORD made a covenant with the children of Israel, when they came out of the land of Egypt.

Or egli avvenne, che quando i sacerdoti furono usciti dal Santuario, la casa del Signore fu ingombrata da una nebbia.

Y como los sacerdotes salieron del santuario, la nube hinchió la casa de Jehová.

And it came to pass, when the priests were come out of the holy place, that the cloud filled the house of the LORD,

E i sacerdoti non potevano resistere a fare gli uffici loro a cagion della nebbia: perocché la gloria del Signore avea ripiena la casa del Signore.

Y los sacerdotes no pudieron estar para ministrar por causa de la nube; porque la gloria de Jehová había henchido la casa de Jehová.

So that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud: for the glory of the LORD had filled the house of the LORD.

so that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud; for the LORD’s glory filled the LORD’s house.

Allora disse Salomone: Il Signore ha detto, che avrebbe abitato nella nebbia.

Entonces dijo Salomón: Jehová ha dicho que él habitaría en la oscuridad.

Then spake Solomon, The LORD said that he would dwell in the thick darkness.

Then Solomon said, “The LORD has said that he would dwell in the thick darkness.

Io con tutto l'affetto ho fabbricato una casa (o Dio) per tua abitazione, per tuo trono saldissimo in sempiterno.

Yo he edificado casa por morada para ti, asiento en que tú habites para siempre.

I have surely built thee an house to dwell in, a settled place for thee to abide in for ever.

I have surely built you a house of habitation, a place for you to dwell in forever.”

E il re si rivolse per augurare ogni bene all'adunanza d'Israele: perocché tutta l'adunanza d'Israele stava presente.

Y volviendo el rey su rostro, bendijo á toda la congregación de Israel; y toda la congregación de Israel estaba en pie.

And the king turned his face about, and blessed all the congregation of Israel: (and all the congregation of Israel stood;)

The king turned his face around and blessed all the assembly of Israel; and all the assembly of Israel stood.

Indi disse Salomone: Benedetto il Signore Dio d'Israele, il quale di sua propria bocca predisse a Davidde mio padre quello, che egli colla sua possanza adempì. Or egli disse:

Y dijo: Bendito sea Jehová Dios de Israel, que habló de su boca á David mi padre, y con su mano lo ha cumplido, diciendo:

And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Israel, which spake with his mouth unto David my father, and hath with his hand fulfilled it, saying,

He said, “Blessed is the LORD, the God of Israel, who spoke with his mouth to David your father, and has with his hand fulfilled it, saying,

Dal giorno, in cui io trassi il mio popolo d'Israele dalla terra d'Egitto, non mi elessi io una città tra tutte le tribù d'Israele, affinchè vi si edificass una casa, la quale portasse il mio nome: ma elessi Davidde, affinchè fosse capo del mio popolo d'Israele.

Desde el día que saqué mi pueblo Israel de Egipto, no he escogido ciudad de todas las tribus de Israel para edificar casa en la cual estuviese mi nombre, aunque escogí á David para que presidiese en mi pueblo Israel.

Since the day that I brought forth my people Israel out of Egypt, I chose no city out of all the tribes of Israel to build an house, that my name might be therein; but I chose David to be over my people Israel.

‘Since the day that I brought my people Israel out of Egypt, I chose no city out of all the tribes of Israel to build a house, that my name might be there; but I chose David to be over my people Israel.’

Or Davidde mio padre fabbricar voleva una casa al nome del Signore Dio d'Israele:

Y David mi padre tuvo en el corazón edificar casa al nombre de Jehová Dios de Israel.

And it was in the heart of David my father to build an house for the name of the LORD God of Israel.

“Now it was in the heart of David my father to build a house for the name of the LORD, the God of Israel.

Ma il Signore disse a Davidde mio padre: Quando tu pensasti in cuor tuo di edificare una casa al mio nome, ben facesti tu, formando nella tua mente tal disegno:

Mas Jehová dijo á David mi padre: Cuanto á haber tú tenido en el corazón edificar casa á mi nombre, bien has hecho en tener tal voluntad;

And the LORD said unto David my father, Whereas it was in thine heart to build an house unto my name, thou didst well that it was in thine heart.

But the LORD said to David my father, ‘Whereas it was in your heart to build a house for my name, you did well that it was in your heart.

Tu però non edificherai a me questa casa, ma sì il tuo figliuolo generato da te, egli edificherà una casa al nome mio.

Empero tú no edificarás la casa, sino tu hijo que saldrá de tus lomos, él edificará casa á mi nombre.

Nevertheless thou shalt not build the house; but thy son that shall come forth out of thy loins, he shall build the house unto my name.

Nevertheless, you shall not build the house; but your son who shall come out of your body, he shall build the house for my name.’

Il Signore ha condotta ad effetto la parola, che avea pronunziata, e io son venuto in luogo di Davidde mio padre, e mi sono assiso sul trono d'Israele, come avea detto il Signore, e ho edificata una casa al nome del Signore Dio d'Israele.

Y Jehová ha verificado su palabra que había dicho; que me he levantado yo en lugar de David mi padre, y heme sentado en el trono de Israel, como Jehová había dicho, y he edificado la casa al nombre de Jehová Dios de Israel.

And the LORD hath performed his word that he spake, and I am risen up in the room of David my father, and sit on the throne of Israel, as the LORD promised, and have built an house for the name of the LORD God of Israel.

The LORD has established his word that he spoke; for I have risen up in the place of David my father, and I sit on the throne of Israel, as the LORD promised, and have built the house for the name of the LORD, the God of Israel.

E in essa ho scelto il suo luogo all'arca, in cui sta il testamento del Signore, fermato da lui co' padri nostri, allorché uscirono dalla terra d'Egitto.

Y he puesto en ella lugar para el arca, en la cual está el pacto de Jehová, que él hizo con nuestros padres cuando los sacó de la tierra de Egipto.

And I have set there a place for the ark, wherein is the covenant of the LORD, which he made with our fathers, when he brought them out of the land of Egypt.

There I have set a place for the ark, in which is the LORD’s covenant, which he made with our fathers when he brought them out of the land of Egypt.”

Indi Salomone si stette in piedi dinanzi all'altare del Signore al cospetto di tutta l'adunanza d'Israele, e stese le mani sue verso del cielo.

Púsose luego Salomón delante del altar de Jehová, en presencia de toda la congregación de Israel, y extendiendo sus manos al cielo,

And Solomon stood before the altar of the LORD in the presence of all the congregation of Israel, and spread forth his hands toward heaven:

Solomon stood before the LORD’s altar in the presence of all the assembly of Israel, and spread out his hands toward heaven;

E disse: Signore Dio d'Israele, non v'ha Dio simile a te né su in cielo, nè quaggiù in terra: tu se’, che il patto mantieni, e la tua misericordia a tuoi servi, i quali le tue vie han battute con tutto il cuor loro.

Dijo: Jehová Dios de Israel, no hay Dios como tú, ni arriba en los cielos ni abajo en la tierra, que guardas el pacto y la misericordia á tus siervos, los que andan delante de ti de todo su corazón;

And he said, LORD God of Israel, there is no God like thee, in heaven above, or on earth beneath, who keepest covenant and mercy with thy servants that walk before thee with all their heart:

and he said, “LORD, the God of Israel, there is no God like you, in heaven above, or on earth beneath; who keeps covenant and loving kindness with your servants who walk before you with all their heart;

Tu hai mantenute le parole dette da te al padre mio Davidde tuo servo: di tua bocca tu le dicesti, e colle mani tue le hai adempiute, come questo giorno il dimostra.

Que has guardado á tu siervo David mi padre lo que le dijiste: dijístelo con tu boca, y con tu mano lo has cumplido, como aparece este día.

Who hast kept with thy servant David my father that thou promisedst him: thou spakest also with thy mouth, and hast fulfilled it with thine hand, as it is this day.

who has kept with your servant David my father that which you promised him. Yes, you spoke with your mouth, and have fulfilled it with your hand, as it is today.

Adesso adunque, o Signore Dio d'Israele, mantieni al tuo servo Davidde padre mio la parola datagli da te, quando dicesti: Non mancherà di tua stirpe giammai chi segga dinanzi a me sul trono d'Israele: purché però veglino i tuoi figliuoli sopra i loro andamenti, in tal guisa, che camminino dinanzi a me, come tu hai camminato nel mio cospetto.

Ahora pues, Jehová Dios de Israel, cumple á tu siervo David mi padre lo que le prometiste, diciendo: No faltará varón de ti delante de mí, que se siente en el trono de Israel, con tal que tus hijos guarden su camino, que anden delante de mí como tú has delante de mí andado.

Therefore now, LORD God of Israel, keep with thy servant David my father that thou promisedst him, saying, There shall not fail thee a man in my sight to sit on the throne of Israel; so that thy children take heed to their way, that they walk before me as thou hast walked before me.

Now therefore, may LORD, the God of Israel, keep with your servant David my father that which you have promised him, saying, ‘There shall not fail from you a man in my sight to sit on the throne of Israel, if only your children take heed to their way, to walk before me as you have walked before me.’

Or adunque, Signore Dio d'Israele, stiano salde le tue parole dette da te al tuo servo Davidde mio padre.

Ahora pues, oh Dios de Israel, verifíquese tu palabra que dijiste á tu siervo David mi padre.

And now, O God of Israel, let thy word, I pray thee, be verified, which thou spakest unto thy servant David my father.

“Now therefore, God of Israel, please let your word be verified, which you spoke to your servant David my father.

E egli adunque credibile, che Dio abiti veracemente sopra la terra? Perocché se il cielo, e gli altissimi cieli non posson capirti, quanto meno questa casa edificata da me?

Empero ¿es verdad que Dios haya de morar sobre la tierra? He aquí que los cielos, los cielos de los cielos, no te pueden contener: ¿cuánto menos esta casa que yo he edificado?

But will God indeed dwell on the earth? behold, the heaven and heaven of heavens cannot contain thee; how much less this house that I have builded?

But will God in very deed dwell on the earth? Behold, heaven and the heaven of heavens can’t contain you; how much less this house that I have built!

Ma volgiti all'orazione del tuo servo, e alle sue suppliche, o Signore Dio mio: ascolta l'inno, e la preghiera, che fa oggi a te il tuo servo:

Con todo, tú atenderás á la oración de tu siervo, y á su plegaria, oh Jehová Dios mío, oyendo propicio el clamor y oración que tu siervo hace hoy delante de ti:

Yet have thou respect unto the prayer of thy servant, and to his supplication, O LORD my God, to hearken unto the cry and to the prayer, which thy servant prayeth before thee to day:

Yet have respect for the prayer of your servant and for his supplication, LORD my God, to listen to the cry and to the prayer which your servant prays before you today;

Siano aperti di notte, e di giorno i tuoi occhi sopra di questa casa, sopra la casa, di cui dicesti: Ivi sarà il nome mio: talmente che la preghiera, che a te fa in questo luogo il tuo servo, sia esaudita da te,

Que estén tus ojos abiertos de noche y de día sobre esta casa, sobre este lugar del cual has dicho: Mi nombre estará allí; y que oigas la oración que tu siervo hará en este lugar.

That thine eyes may be open toward this house night and day, even toward the place of which thou hast said, My name shall be there: that thou mayest hearken unto the prayer which thy servant shall make toward this place.

that your eyes may be open toward this house night and day, even toward the place of which you have said, ‘My name shall be there;’ to listen to the prayer which your servant prays toward this place.

E tu ascolti le suppliche del tuo servo, e del tuo popolo d'Israele, di qualunque cosa ti preghino in questo luogo: or gli esaudirai tu dai luogo di tua abitazione nel cielo, ed esauditili, farai loro misericordia.

Oye pues la oración de tu siervo, y de tu pueblo Israel; cuando oraren en este lugar, también tú lo oirás en el lugar de tu habitación, desde los cielos: que oigas y perdones.

And hearken thou to the supplication of thy servant, and of thy people Israel, when they shall pray toward this place: and hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place: and when thou hearest, forgive.

Listen to the supplication of your servant, and of your people Israel, when they pray toward this place. Yes, hear in heaven, your dwelling place; and when you hear, forgive.

Se un uomo avrà peccato contro il suo prossimo, il quale esiga da lui, che si leghi con giuramento, ed egli verrà per fare suo giuramento nella tua casa dinanzi al tuo altare.

Cuando alguno hubiere pecado contra su prójimo, y le tomaren juramento haciéndole jurar, y viniere el juramento delante de tu altar en esta casa;

If any man trespass against his neighbour, and an oath be laid upon him to cause him to swear, and the oath come before thine altar in this house:

“If a man sins against his neighbor, and an oath is laid on him to cause him to swear, and he comes and swears before your altar in this house,

Tu ascolterai dal cielo, e renderai, e farai giustizia a' tuoi servi, condannando l'empio, e facendo sul capo di lui cadere il suo fallo, e giustificando il giusto, e ricompensando la sua giustizia.

Tú oirás desde el cielo, y obrarás, y juzgarás á tus siervos, condenando al impío, tornando su proceder sobre su cabeza, y justificando al justo para darle conforme á su justicia.

Then hear thou in heaven, and do, and judge thy servants, condemning the wicked, to bring his way upon his head; and justifying the righteous, to give him according to his righteousness.

then hear in heaven, and act, and judge your servants, condemning the wicked, to bring his way on his own head, and justifying the righteous, to give him according to his righteousness.

Se il tuo popolo d'Israele sarà stato messo in fuga da' suoi nemici (perocché egli peccherà contro di te), e facendo penitenza, e dando gloria al nome tuo, verranno a porgere a te orazioni, e suppliche in questa casa;

Cuando tu pueblo Israel hubiere caído delante de sus enemigos, por haber pecado contra ti, y á ti se volvieren, y confesaren tu nombre, y oraren, y te rogaren y suplicaren en esta casa;

When thy people Israel be smitten down before the enemy, because they have sinned against thee, and shall turn again to thee, and confess thy name, and pray, and make supplication unto thee in this house:

“When your people Israel are struck down before the enemy because they have sinned against you, if they turn again to you and confess your name, and pray and make supplication to you in this house,

Esaudiscili tu dal cielo, perdona il peccato al popol tuo d'Israele, e riconducilo a quella terra, che fu da te data ai padri loro.

Oyelos tú en los cielos, y perdona el pecado de tu pueblo Israel, y vuélvelos á la tierra que diste á sus padres.

Then hear thou in heaven, and forgive the sin of thy people Israel, and bring them again unto the land which thou gavest unto their fathers.

then hear in heaven, and forgive the sin of your people Israel, and bring them again to the land which you gave to their fathers.

Se il cielo sarà chiuso, e pioggia non cadrà a motivo dei loro peccati, e orando in questo luogo faran penitenza in onor del tuo nome, e nella loro afflizione si convertiranno delle loro iniquità;

Cuando el cielo se cerrare, y no lloviere, por haber ellos pecado contra ti, y te rogaren en este lugar, y confesaren tu nombre, y se volvieren del pecado, cuando los hubieres afligido;

When heaven is shut up, and there is no rain, because they have sinned against thee; if they pray toward this place, and confess thy name, and turn from their sin, when thou afflictest them:

“When the sky is shut up and there is no rain because they have sinned against you, if they pray toward this place and confess your name, and turn from their sin when you afflict them,

Esaudiscili tu dal cielo, e perdona i peccati de' servi tuoi, e del popol tuo d'Israele: e mostra ad essi la buona strada, per cui debbano camminare, e dà pioggia alla terra, di cui desti il dominio al tuo popolo.

Tú oirás en los cielos, y perdonarás el pecado de tus siervos y de tu pueblo Israel, enseñándoles el buen camino en que anden; y darás lluvias sobre tu tierra, la cual diste á tu pueblo por heredad.

Then hear thou in heaven, and forgive the sin of thy servants, and of thy people Israel, that thou teach them the good way wherein they should walk, and give rain upon thy land, which thou hast given to thy people for an inheritance.

then hear in heaven, and forgive the sin of your servants, and of your people Israel, when you teach them the good way in which they should walk; and send rain on your land which you have given to your people for an inheritance.

Se la fame, o la pestilenza invaderà il paese, o l'aere corrotto, o la ruggine, o le locuste, o il fuoco salvatico, s'ei sarà devastato dall'inimico, che assedii le sue città, in qualunque flagello, in qualunque calamità,

Cuando en la tierra hubiere hambre, ó pestilencia, ó tizoncillo, ó niebla, ó langosta, ó pulgón: si sus enemigos los tuvieren cercados en la tierra de su domicilio; cualquiera plaga ó enfermedad que sea;

If there be in the land famine, if there be pestilence, blasting, mildew, locust, or if there be caterpiller; if their enemy besiege them in the land of their cities; whatsoever plague, whatsoever sickness there be;

“If there is famine in the land, if there is pestilence, if there is blight, mildew, locust or caterpillar; if their enemy besieges them in the land of their cities, whatever plague, whatever sickness there is,

Ogni volta che qualsivoglia uomo del tuo popolo d'Israele ricorrerà a te con voti, e preghiere, ogni volta che alcuno riconoscendo la piaga del proprio cuore, alzerà a te le sue mani in questa casa,

Toda oración y toda súplica que hiciere cualquier hombre, ó todo tu pueblo Israel, cuando cualquiera sintiere la plaga de su corazón, y extendiere sus manos á esta casa;

What prayer and supplication soever be made by any man, or by all thy people Israel, which shall know every man the plague of his own heart, and spread forth his hands toward this house:

whatever prayer and supplication is made by any man, or by all your people Israel, who shall each know the plague of his own heart, and spread out his hands toward this house,

Tu esaudirai dal cielo, da quel luogo di tua abitazione, e ti renderai propizio, e darai a ciascheduno secondo le sue operazioni, secondo quel, che vedrai nel suo cuore (perocché a te solo son manifesti i cuori di tutti i figliuoli degli uomini),

Tú oirás en los cielos, en la habitación de tu morada, y perdonarás, y obrarás, y darás á cada uno conforme á sus caminos, cuyo corazón tú conoces; (porque sólo tú conoces el corazón de todos los hijos de los hombres;)

Then hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place, and forgive, and do, and give to every man according to his ways, whose heart thou knowest; (for thou, even thou only, knowest the hearts of all the children of men;)

then hear in heaven, your dwelling place, and forgive, and act, and give to every man according to all his ways, whose heart you know (for you, even you only, know the hearts of all the children of men);

Affinchè ti temano, finché vivono sopra la terra data da te ai padri loro.

Para que te teman todos los días que vivieren sobre la haz de la tierra que tú diste á nuestros padres.

That they may fear thee all the days that they live in the land which thou gavest unto our fathers.

that they may fear you all the days that they live in the land which you gave to our fathers.

Ma lo straniero ancora, che non appartiene al popol tuo d'Israele, quando da rimoto paese verrà per amor del tuo nome (conciossiachè si spanderà dappertutto la fama del nome tuo grande, e della possente tua mano, e dell'operante tuo braccio),

Asimismo el extranjero, que no es de tu pueblo Israel, que hubiere venido de lejanas tierras á causa de tu nombre,

Moreover concerning a stranger, that is not of thy people Israel, but cometh out of a far country for thy name’s sake;

“Moreover, concerning the foreigner, who is not of your people Israel, when he comes out of a far country for your name’s sake

Quando adunque egli verrà a far orazione in questo luogo,

(Porque oirán de tu grande nombre, y de tu mano fuerte, y de tu brazo extendido;) y viniere á orar á esta casa;

(For they shall hear of thy great name, and of thy strong hand, and of thy stretched out arm;) when he shall come and pray toward this house;

Tu lo esaudirai dal cielo, dal firmamento, su cui tu risiedi, e farai tutto quello, che chiederà a te lo straniero: affinchè i popoli tutti del mondo imparino a temere il tuo nome, come il popol tuo d'Israele, e riconoscano, come da te ha nome questa casa edificata da me.

Tú oirás en los cielos, en la habitación de tu morada, y harás conforme á todo aquello por lo cual el extranjero hubiere á ti clamado: para que todos los pueblos de la tierra conozcan tu nombre, y te teman, como tu pueblo Israel, y entiendan que tu nombre es invocado sobre esta casa que yo edifiqué.

Se il tuo popolo anderà a far guerra a' suoi nemici, dovunque sarà mandato da te, e ti indirizzerà le sue preghiere rivolto alla città eletta da te, e alla casa edificata da me al tuo nome,

Si hubieren pecado contra ti, (porque no hay hombre que no peque) y tú estuvieres airado contra ellos, y los entregares delante del enemigo, para que los cautiven y lleven á tierra enemiga, sea lejos ó cerca,

Se nel luogo di loro schiavitù faran di cuore penitenza, e si convertiranno, e nel loro servaggio ti supplicheranno, e diranno: Abbiam peccato, abbiamo operato iniquamente, empie cose abbiam fatte:

E ritorneranno a te con tutto il cuor loro, e con tutta l'anima, nel paese nimico, dove sono stati condotti in ischiavitù, e a te faranno preghiera rivolti verso del loro paese dato da te a' padri loro, e verso la città eletta da te, e verso il tempio edificato da me al tuo nome,

Y si se convirtieren á ti de todo su corazón y de toda su alma, en la tierra de sus enemigos que los hubieren llevado cautivos, y oraren á ti hacia su tierra, que tú diste á sus padres, hacia la ciudad que tú elegiste y la casa que yo he edificado á tu nombre;

E propizio ti renderai al popol tuo, che peccò contro di te, e a tutte le iniquità, colle quali avranno prevaricato contro di te, e ispirerai misericordia a coloro, che li tengono in ischiavitù, affinchè li trattino benignamente.

Y perdonarás á tu pueblo que había pecado contra ti, y todas sus infracciones con que se habrán contra ti rebelado; y harás que hayan de ellos misericordia los que los hubieren llevado cautivos:

Perocché eglino sono tuo popolo, e tua eredità, cui tu traesti dalla terra d'Egitto, dalla fornace di ferro.

Porque ellos son tu pueblo y tu heredad, que tú sacaste de Egipto, de en medio del horno de hierro.

For they be thy people, and thine inheritance, which thou broughtest forth out of Egypt, from the midst of the furnace of iron:

Siano aperti i tuoi occhi alle preghiere dei tuo servo, e del popol tuo d'Israele, ed esaudiscigli in qualunque occasione ti invocheranno;

Que tus ojos estén abiertos á la oración de tu siervo, y á la plegaria de tu pueblo Israel, para oirlos en todo aquello por lo que te invocaren:

That thine eyes may be open unto the supplication of thy servant, and unto the supplication of thy people Israel, to hearken unto them in all that they call for unto thee.

Perocché tu li separasti da tutti i popoli della terra, per esser tua eredità, come dicesti per bocca di Mosè tuo servo, allorché i padri nostri menasti fuora dell'Egitto, Signore Dio.

Pues que tú los apartaste para ti por tu heredad de todos los pueblos de la tierra, como lo dijiste por mano de Moisés tu siervo, cuando sacaste á nuestros padres de Egipto, oh Señor Jehová.

For thou didst separate them from among all the people of the earth, to be thine inheritance, as thou spakest by the hand of Moses thy servant, when thou broughtest our fathers out of Egypt, O Lord GOD.

Or dopo che Salomone ebbe finito di fare tutta questa orazione, e preghiera al Signore, si alzò egli dal cospetto dell'altare del Signore: perocché avea posate sopra la terra ambedue le ginocchia, e teneva stese le mani verso del cielo.

Y fué, que como acabó Salomón de hacer á Jehová toda esta oración y súplica, levantóse de estar de rodillas delante del altar de Jehová con sus manos extendidas al cielo;

And it was so, that when Solomon had made an end of praying all this prayer and supplication unto the LORD, he arose from before the altar of the LORD, from kneeling on his knees with his hands spread up to heaven.

Stando adunque in piedi benedisse tutta l'adunanza d'Israele ad alta voce, dicendo:

Benedetto il Signore, che ha data la pace al popol suo d'Israele, secondo tutte le promesse, che avea fatte: neppur una parola non è caduta per terra rispetto a tutti quei beni, che egli promise per bocca di Mosè suo servo.

Bendito sea Jehová, que ha dado reposo á su pueblo Israel, conforme á todo lo que él había dicho; ninguna palabra de todas sus promesas que expresó por Moisés su siervo, ha faltado.

Blessed be the LORD, that hath given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he promised: there hath not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by the hand of Moses his servant.

Ma i cuori nostri inclini verso di lui, affinchè nelle sue vie camminiamo senza riserva, e osserviamo i suoi precetti, e le sue cerimonie, e gl'insegnamenti dati ai padri nostri.

Incline nuestro corazón hacia sí, para que andemos en todos sus caminos, y guardemos sus mandamientos y sus estatutos y sus derechos, los cuales mandó á nuestros padres.

That he may incline our hearts unto him, to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and his statutes, and his judgments, which he commanded our fathers.

E le parole di questa orazione fatta da me dinanzi al Signore, siano presenti al Signore Dio nostro di giorno, e di notte, affinchè egli sia favorevole in ogni tempo al suo servo, e al popol suo d'Israele:

E riconoscano tutti i popoli della terra, come il Signore egli e Dio, e altro non havvene fuori di Lui.

A fin de que todos los pueblos de la tierra sepan que Jehová es Dios, y que no hay otro.

That all the people of the earth may know that the LORD is God, and that there is none else.

E parimente il cuor nostro sia retto inverso il Signore Dio nostro, talmente che adempiamo i suoi comandamenti, e osserviamo i suoi precetti, come pur oggi facciamo.

Sea pues perfecto vuestro corazón para con Jehová nuestro Dios, andando en sus estatutos, y guardando sus mandamientos, como el día de hoy.

Let your heart therefore be perfect with the LORD our God, to walk in his statutes, and to keep his commandments, as at this day.

Il re adunque, e con lui tutto Israele immolavano vittime dinanzi al Signore.

In quel medesimo giorno il re consagrò la parte di mezzo dell'atrio, che era dinanzi alla casa del Signore: perocché ivi offerse olocausti, e vittime, e il grasso delle ostie pacifice, perchè l'altare di bronzo, che era dinanzi al Signore, non era sufficiente a capire gli olocausti, e i sagrifizi, e il grasso dei ostie pacifiche.

Aquel mismo día santificó el rey el medio del atrio que estaba delante de la casa de Jehová: porque ofreció allí los holocaustos, y los presentes, y los sebos de los pacíficos; por cuanto el altar de bronce que estaba delante de Jehová era pequeño, y no cupieran en él los holocaustos, y los presentes, y los sebos de los pacíficos.

The same day did the king hallow the middle of the court that was before the house of the LORD: for there he offered burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings: because the brasen altar that was before the LORD was too little to receive the burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings.

Fece dunque allora Salomone una celebre solennità, e con lui tutto Israele raunato in gran folla dalle strette di Emath fino al torrente d'Egitto, dinanzi al Signore Dio nostro, per sette giorni, e per sette altri giorni, viene a dire, per quattordici giorni.

En aquel tiempo Salomón hizo fiesta, y con él todo Israel, una grande congregación, desde como entran en Hamath hasta el río de Egipto, delante de Jehová nuestro Dios, por siete días y otros siete días, esto es, por catorce días.

E l'ottavo giorno licenziò i popoli, i quali benedicendo il re, se ne tornarono alle loro tende col cuore lieto, e pien di gaudio per tutti i benefizi fatti dal Signore a Davidde suo servo, e ad Israele suo popolo. Il Signore apparisce per la feconda volta a Salomone, e gli ordina di osservare i suoi precetti, aggiungendo le minacce ove li trasgredisca. Salomone edifica molte città, e mandata la sua flotta a Ophir, ne ritrae moltissimo oro.

Y el octavo día despidió al pueblo: y ellos bendiciendo al rey, se fueron á sus estancias alegres y gozosos de corazón por todos los beneficios que Jehová había hecho á David su siervo, y á su pueblo Israel.
