2Uma das salas do palácio tinha o nome de Casa da Floresta do Líbano, que media quarenta e cinco metros de comprimento, vinte e dois metros e meio de largura e treze metros e meio de altura. As grandes vigas de cedro do teto estavam assentadas sobre quatro fileiras de colunas.
