20Eliseo dejó los bueyes, corrió tras Elías y le dijo: “Por favor, déjame ir y despedirme de mi padre y de mi madre, y luego te seguiré”. “Vete a casa”, respondió Elías. “Nunca he hecho nada por ti”.

20Entonces dejando él los bueyes, vino corriendo en pos de Elías, y dijo: Ruégote que me dejes besar mi padre y mi madre, y luego te seguiré. Y él le dijo: Ve, vuelve: ¿qué te he hecho yo?

20And he left the oxen, and ran after Elijah, and said, Let me, I pray thee, kiss my father and my mother, and then I will follow thee. And he said unto him, Go back again: for what have I done to thee?
