21Devant eux tous, il mena Elie, et celui-ci leur dit : Jusqu'à quand boiterez-vous des deux jambes ? Si le Seigneur est Dieu, suivez le Seigneur ; si Baal est Dieu, suivez Baal. Et le peuple ne souffla mot.

21And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.

21Elijah came near to all the people, and said, “How long will you waver between the two sides? If the LORD is God, follow him; but if Baal, then follow him.” The people didn’t say a word.
