7Übrigens war durch den Propheten Jehu, den Sohn Hananis, das Wort Jahwes über Baesa und sein Haus ergangen teils wegen all des Bösen, das er in den Augen Jahwes gethan hatte, indem er ihn durch das Machwerk seiner Hände zum Zorne reizte, so daß es ihm ergehen sollte, wie dem Hause Jerobeams, teils deshalb, weil er gemordet hatte, was zu diesem gehörte.

7Empero la palabra de Jehová por mano de Jehú profeta, hijo de Hanani, había sido contra Baasa y también contra su casa, con motivo de todo lo malo que hizo á los ojos de Jehová, provocándole á ira con las obras de sus manos, para que fuese hecha como la casa de Jeroboam; y porque lo había herido.

7And also by the hand of the prophet Jehu the son of Hanani came the word of the LORD against Baasha, and against his house, even for all the evil that he did in the sight of the LORD, in provoking him to anger with the work of his hands, in being like the house of Jeroboam; and because he killed him.
