Ma dopo che Jehu profeta figliuolo di Hanani ebbe parlato per ordine del Signore contro Baasa, e contro la casa di lui, e in vituperazione di tutti i mali fatti da lui nel cospetto del Signore, irritandolo colle opere delle sue mani, onde poi accadesse a lui come alla casa di Geroboam: per questa ragione egli lo uccise, viene a dire, uccise Jehu profeta, figliuolo di Hanani.
Empero la palabra de Jehová por mano de Jehú profeta, hijo de Hanani, había sido contra Baasa y también contra su casa, con motivo de todo lo malo que hizo á los ojos de Jehová, provocándole á ira con las obras de sus manos, para que fuese hecha como la casa de Jeroboam; y porque lo había herido.
And also by the hand of the prophet Jehu the son of Hanani came the word of the LORD against Baasha, and against his house, even for all the evil that he did in the sight of the LORD, in provoking him to anger with the work of his hands, in being like the house of Jeroboam; and because he killed him.
