2Et Jéroboam dit à sa femme : Lève-toi donc et te travestis, de sorte qu'on ne se doute pas que tu es la femme de Jéroboam, et va-t'en à Silo ! Voici, là est Ahia, le prophète, qui m'a annoncé que je deviendrais le roi de ce peuple.

2And Jeroboam said to his wife, Arise, I pray thee, and disguise thyself, that thou be not known to be the wife of Jeroboam; and get thee to Shiloh: behold, there is Ahijah the prophet, which told me that I should be king over this people.

2Jeroboam said to his wife, “Please get up and disguise yourself, so that you won’t be recognized as Jeroboam’s wife. Go to Shiloh. Behold, Ahijah the prophet is there, who said that I would be king over this people.
