33Auch nach dieser Begebenheit bekehrte sich Jerobeam nicht von seinem schlimmen Wandel, sondern bestellte aufs Neue alle beliebigen Leute zu Höhenpriestern. Wer da wollte, dem füllte er die Hand, und so wurde der ein Höhenpriester.

33Después de esto no se tornó Jeroboam de su mal camino: antes volvió á hacer sacerdotes de los altos de la clase del pueblo, y quien quería se consagraba, y era de los sacerdotes de los altos.

33After this thing Jeroboam returned not from his evil way, but made again of the lowest of the people priests of the high places: whosoever would, he consecrated him, and he became one of the priests of the high places.

33After this thing, Jeroboam didn’t turn from his evil way, but again made priests of the high places from among all the people. Whoever wanted to, he consecrated him, that there might be priests of the high places.
