38Wirst du nun allem gehorchen, was ich dir gebieten werde, und in meinen Wegen wandeln und tun, was in meinen Augen recht ist, daß du meine Satzungen und meine Gebote beobachtest, wie mein Knecht David getan hat, so will ich mit dir sein und dir ein beständiges Haus bauen, wie ich es David gebaut habe, und will dir Israel geben.

38Y será que, si prestares oído á todas las cosas que te mandare, y anduvieres en mis caminos, é hicieres lo recto delante de mis ojos, guardando mis estatutos y mis mandamientos, como hizo David mi siervo, yo seré contigo, y te edificaré casa firme, como la edifiqué á David, y yo te entregaré á Israel.

38And it shall be, if thou wilt hearken unto all that I command thee, and wilt walk in my ways, and do that is right in my sight, to keep my statutes and my commandments, as David my servant did; that I will be with thee, and build thee a sure house, as I built for David, and will give Israel unto thee.
