Da questo si rendette manifesta la carità di Dio verso di noi, perché mandò Dio il suo Unigenito al mondo, affinché per lui abbiamo vita.

En esto se mostró el amor de Dios para con nosotros, en que Dios envió á su Hijo unigénito al mundo, para que vivamos por él.

In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

By this God’s love was revealed in us, that God has sent his only born Son into the world that we might live through him.
