1 Corintios 8

Imperocché quantunque sianvi di quelli, che sono chiamati dii, o in cielo, o in terra (dappoiché sono molti dii, e molti signori):

Porque aunque haya algunos que se llamen dioses, ó en el cielo, ó en la tierra (como hay muchos dioses y muchos señores),

For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,)

For though there are things that are called “gods”, whether in the heavens or on earth—as there are many “gods” and many “lords”—
