1Und das ganze Israel ward aufgezeichnet, und siehe, sie sind aufgeschrieben im Buch der Könige Israels; und Juda ward weggeführt gen Babel um seiner Missetat willen.
2Und die zuerst wohnten auf ihren Gütern und Städten, waren Israel, Priester, Leviten und Tempelknechte.
3Und zu Jerusalem wohnten etliche der Kinder Juda, etliche der Kinder Benjamin, etliche der Kinder Ephraim und Manasse:
4nämlich aus den Kindern des Perez, des Sohnes Juda's, war Uthai, der Sohn Ammihuds, des Sohnes Omris, des Sohnes Imris, des Sohnes Banis,
5von den Selaniter aber Asaja, der erste Sohn, und seine Söhne,
6von den Kindern Serah: Jeguel und seine Brüder, sechshundertundneunzig;
7von den Kindern Benjamin: Sallu, der Sohn Mesullams, des Sohnes Hodavjas, des Sohnes Hasnuas,
8und Jibneja, der Sohn Jerohams, und Ela, der Sohn Usis, des Sohnes Michris, und Mesullam, der Sohn Sephatjas, des Sohnes Reguels, des Sohnes Jibnejas,
9dazu ihre Brüder in ihren Geschlechtern, neunhundertsechsundfünfzig. Alle diese Männer waren Häupter in ihren Vaterhäusern.
10Von den Priestern aber: Jedaja, Jojarib, Jachin
11und Asarja, der Sohn Hilkias, des Sohnes Mesullams, des Sohnes Zadoks, des Sohnes Merajoths, des Sohnes Ahitobs, ein Fürst im Hause Gottes,
12und Adaja, der Sohn Jerohams, des Sohnes Pashurs, des Sohnes Malchias, und Maesai, der Sohn Abdiels, des Sohnes Jahseras, des Sohnes Mesullams, des Sohnes Mesillemiths, des Sohnes Immers,
13dazu ihre Brüder, Häupter ihrer Vaterhäuser, tausendsiebenhundert und sechzig, tüchtige Leute im Geschäft des Amtes im Hause Gottes.
14Von den Leviten aber aus den Kinder Meraris: Semaja, der Sohn Hassubs, des Sohnes Asrikams, des Sohnes Hasabjas,
15und Bakbakkar, Heres und Galal und Matthanja, der Sohn Michas, des Sohnes Sichris, des Sohnes Asaphs,
16und Obadja, der Sohn Semajas, des Sohnes Galals, des Sohnes Jeduthuns, und Berechja, der Sohn Asas, des Sohnes Elkanas, der in den Dörfern der Netophathiter wohnte.
17Die Pförtner aber waren: Sallum, Akkub, Talmon, Ahiman mit ihren Brüdern; und Sallum war der Oberste,
18und er hat bisher am Tor des Königs gegen Aufgang gewartet. Dies sind die Pförtner in den Lagern der Kinder Levi.
19Und Sallum, der Sohn Kores, des Sohnes Abiasaphs, des Sohnes Korahs, und seine Brüder aus seinem Vaterhause, die Korahiter, waren im Geschäft des Amts, daß sie warteten an der Schwelle der Hütte, wie auch ihre Väter im Lager des HERRN des Eingangs gewartet hatten.
20Pinehas aber, der Sohn Eleasars, war vorzeiten Fürst über sie, darum daß der HERR mit ihm gewesen war.
21Sacharja aber, der Sohn Meselemjas, war Hüter am Tor der Hütte des Stifts.
22Alle diese waren auserlesen zu Hütern an der Schwelle, zweihundertundzwölf; die waren aufgezeichnet in ihren Dörfern. Und David und Samuel, der Seher, setzten sie ein auf Glauben,
23daß sie und ihre Kinder hüten sollten die Tore am Hause des HERRN, nämlich an dem Hause der Hütte, daß sie sein warteten.
24Es waren aber solche Torwächter gegen die vier Winde gestellt: gegen Morgen, gegen Abend, gegen Mitternacht, gegen Mittag.
25Ihre Brüder aber waren auf ihren Dörfern, daß sie hereinkämen allezeit je des siebenten Tages, bei ihnen zu sein,
26Denn auf Glauben waren diese die vier obersten Torhüter. Und die Leviten waren über die Kammern und Schätze im Hause Gottes.
27Auch blieben sie über Nacht um das Haus Gottes; denn es gebührte ihnen die Hut, daß sie alle Morgen auftäten.
28Und etliche aus ihnen waren über das Gerät des Amts; denn sie trugen's gezählt aus und ein.
29und ihrer etliche waren bestellt über die Gefäße und über alles heilige Gerät, über Semmelmehl, über Wein, über Öl, über Weihrauch, über Spezereien.
30Und der Priester Kinder machten etliche das Salböl mit Spezereien.
31Und Matthithja, aus den Leviten, dem ersten Sohn Sallums, des Korahiters, waren vertraut die Pfannen.
32Aus den Kahathitern aber, ihren Brüdern, waren etliche über die Schaubrote, sie zuzurichten auf alle Sabbate.
33Jene aber sind die Sänger, die Häupter der Vaterhäuser der Leviten, die in den Kammern keinen Dienst hatten; denn Tag und Nacht waren sie in ihrem Geschäft.
34Das sind die Häupter der Vaterhäuser unter den Leviten in ihren Geschlechtern. Diese wohnten zu Jerusalem.
35Zu Gibeon wohnten Jeiel, der Vater Gibeons; sein Weib hieß Maacha
36und sein erster Sohn Abdon, Zur, Kis, Baal, Ner, Nadab,
37Gedor, Ahjo, Sacharja, Mikloth;
38Mikloth aber zeugte Simeam. Und sie wohnten auch ihren Brüdern gegenüber zu Jerusalem unter den Ihren.
39Ner aber zeugte Kis. Kis zeugte Saul. Saul zeugte Jonathan, Malchisua, Abinadab, Esbaal.
40Der Sohn aber Jonathans war Merib-Baal. Merib-Baal aber zeugte Micha.
41Die Kinder Michas waren: Pithon, Melech und Tharea.
42Ahas zeugte Jaera. Jaera zeugte Alemeth, Asmaveth und Simmri. Simmri zeugte Moza.
43Moza zeugte Binea; des Sohn war Raphaja; des Sohn war Eleasa; des Sohn war Azel.
44Azel aber hatte sechs Söhne; die hießen: Asrikam, Bochru, Ismael, Searja, Obadja, Hanan. Das sind die Kinder Azels.

1Y CONTADO todo Israel por el orden de los linajes, fueron escritos en el libro de los reyes de Israel y de Judá, que fueron trasportados á Babilonia por su rebelión.
2Los primeros moradores que entraron en sus posesiones en sus ciudades, fueron así de Israel, como de los sacerdotes, Levitas, y Nethineos.
3Y habitaron en Jerusalem de los hijos de Judá, de los hijos de Benjamín, de los hijos de Ephraim y Manasés:
4Urai hijo de Amiud, hijo de Omri, hijo de Imrai, hijo de Bani, de los hijos de Phares hijo de Judá.
5Y de Siloni, Asaías el primogénito, y sus hijos.
6Y de los hijos de Zara, Jehuel y sus hermanos, seiscientos noventa.
7Y de los hijos de Benjamín: Sallu hijo de Mesullam, hijo de Odavía, hijo de Asenua;
8E Ibnías hijo de Jeroham, y Ela hijo de Uzzi, hijo de Michri; y Mesullam hijo de Sephatías, hijo de Rehuel, hijo de Ibnías.
9Y sus hermanos por sus linajes fueron nuevecientos cincuenta y seis. Todos estos hombres fueron cabezas de familia en las casas de sus padres.
10Y de los sacerdotes: Jedaía, Joiarib, Joachîm;
11Y Azarías hijo de Hilcías, hijo de Mesullam, hijo de Sadoc, hijo de Meraioth, hijo de Achîtob, príncipe de la casa de Dios;
12Y Adaías hijo de Jeroham, hijo de Phasur, hijo de Machîas; y Masai hijo de Adiel, hijo de Jazera, hijo de Mesullam, hijo de Mesillemith, hijo de Immer;
13Y sus hermanos, cabezas de las casas de sus padres, en número de mil setecientos sesenta, hombres de grande eficacia en la obra del ministerio en la casa de Dios.
14Y de los Levitas: Semeías, hijo de Hassub, hijo de Azricam, hijo de Hasabías, de los hijos de Merari;
15Y Bacbaccar, Heres, y Galal, y Mattanía hijo de Michâs, hijo de Zichri, hijo de Asaph;
16Y Obadías hijo de Semeías, hijo de Galal, hijo de Iduthum: y Berachîas hijo de Asa, hijo de Elcana, el cual habitó en las aldeas de Nethophati.
17Y los porteros: Sallum, Accub, Talmon, Ahiman, y sus hermanos. Sallum era el jefe.
18Y hasta ahora entre las cuadrillas de los hijos de Leví han sido estos los porteros en la puerta del rey que está al oriente.
19Y Sallum hijo de Core, hijo de Abiasath, hijo de Corah, y sus hermanos los Coraitas por la casa de su padre, tuvieron cargo de la obra del ministerio, guardando las puertas del tabernáculo; y sus padres fueron sobre la cuadrilla de Jehová guardas de la entrada.
20Y Phinees hijo de Eleazar fué antes capitán sobre ellos, siendo Jehová con él.
21Y Zacarías hijo de Meselemia era portero de la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio.
22Todos estos, escogidos para guardas en las puertas, eran doscientos doce cuando fueron contados por el orden de sus linajes en sus villas, á los cuales constituyó en su oficio David y Samuel el vidente.
23Así ellos y sus hijos eran porteros por sus turnos á las puertas de la casa de Jehová, y de la casa del tabernáculo.
24Y estaban los porteros á los cuatro vientos, al oriente, al occidente, al septentrión, y al mediodía.
25Y sus hermanos que estaban en sus aldeas, venían cada siete días por sus tiempos con ellos.
26Porque cuatro principales de los porteros Levitas estaban en el oficio, y tenían cargo de las cámaras, y de los tesoros de la casa de Dios.
27Estos moraban alrededor de la casa de Dios, porque tenían cargo de la guardia, y el de abrir aquélla todas las mañanas.
28Algunos de estos tenían cargo de los vasos del ministerio, los cuales se metían por cuenta, y por cuenta se sacaban.
29Y otros de ellos tenían cargo de la vajilla, y de todos los vasos del santuario, y de la harina, y del vino, y del aceite, y del incienso, y de los aromas.
30Y algunos de los hijos de los sacerdotes hacían los ungüentos aromáticos.
31Y Mathathías, uno de los Levitas, primogénito de Sallum Coraita, tenía cargo de las cosas que se hacían en sartén.
32Y algunos de los hijos de Coath, y de sus hermanos, tenían el cargo de los panes de la proposición, los cuales ponían por orden cada sábado.
33Y de estos había cantores, principales de familias de los Levitas, los cuales estaban en sus cámaras exentos; porque de día y de noche estaban en aquella obra.
34Estos eran jefes de familias de los Levitas por sus linajes, jefes que habitaban en Jerusalem.
35Y en Gabaón habitaban Jehiel padre de Gabaón, el nombre de cuya mujer era Maachâ;
36Y su hijo primogénito Abdón, luego Sur, Chîs, Baal, Ner, Nadab;
37Gedor, Ahio, Zachârías, y Micloth.
38Y Micloth engendró á Samaán. Y estos habitaban también en Jerusalem con sus hermanos enfrente de ellos.
39Y Ner engendró á Cis, y Cis engendró á Saúl, y Saúl engendró á Jonathán, Malchîsua, Abinadab, y Esbaal.
40E hijo de Jonathán fué Merib-baal, y Merib-baal engendró á Michâ.
41Y los hijos de Michâ: Phitón, Melech, Tharea, y Ahaz.
42Ahaz engendró á Jara, y Jara engendró á Alemeth, Azmaveth, y Zimri: y Zimri engendró á Mosa;
43Y Mosa engendró á Bina, cuyo hijo fué Rephaía, del que fué hijo Elasa, cuyo hijo fué Asel.
44Y Asel tuvo seis hijos, los nombres de los cuales son: Azricam, Bochru, Ismael, Seraía, Obadías, y Hanán: estos fueron los hijos de Asel.

1So all Israel were reckoned by genealogies; and, behold, they were written in the book of the kings of Israel and Judah, who were carried away to Babylon for their transgression.
2Now the first inhabitants that dwelt in their possessions in their cities were, the Israelites, the priests, Levites, and the Nethinims.
3And in Jerusalem dwelt of the children of Judah, and of the children of Benjamin, and of the children of Ephraim, and Manasseh;
4Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the children of Pharez the son of Judah.
5And of the Shilonites; Asaiah the firstborn, and his sons.
6And of the sons of Zerah; Jeuel, and their brethren, six hundred and ninety.
7And of the sons of Benjamin; Sallu the son of Meshullam, the son of Hodaviah, the son of Hasenuah,
8And Ibneiah the son of Jeroham, and Elah the son of Uzzi, the son of Michri, and Meshullam the son of Shephathiah, the son of Reuel, the son of Ibnijah;

17And the porters were, Shallum, and Akkub, and Talmon, and Ahiman, and their brethren: Shallum was the chief;
18Who hitherto waited in the king’s gate eastward: they were porters in the companies of the children of Levi.
19And Shallum the son of Kore, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his brethren, of the house of his father, the Korahites, were over the work of the service, keepers of the gates of the tabernacle: and their fathers, being over the host of the LORD, were keepers of the entry.
20And Phinehas the son of Eleazar was the ruler over them in time past, and the LORD was with him.
21And Zechariah the son of Meshelemiah was porter of the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
22All these which were chosen to be porters in the gates were two hundred and twelve. These were reckoned by their genealogy in their villages, whom David and Samuel the seer did ordain in their set office.
23So they and their children had the oversight of the gates of the house of the LORD, namely, the house of the tabernacle, by wards.
24In four quarters were the porters, toward the east, west, north, and south.
25And their brethren, which were in their villages, were to come after seven days from time to time with them.
26For these Levites, the four chief porters, were in their set office, and were over the chambers and treasuries of the house of God.
27And they lodged round about the house of God, because the charge was upon them, and the opening thereof every morning pertained to them.
28And certain of them had the charge of the ministering vessels, that they should bring them in and out by tale.
29Some of them also were appointed to oversee the vessels, and all the instruments of the sanctuary, and the fine flour, and the wine, and the oil, and the frankincense, and the spices.
30And some of the sons of the priests made the ointment of the spices.
31And Mattithiah, one of the Levites, who was the firstborn of Shallum the Korahite, had the set office over the things that were made in the pans.
32And other of their brethren, of the sons of the Kohathites, were over the shewbread, to prepare it every sabbath.
33And these are the singers, chief of the fathers of the Levites, who remaining in the chambers were free: for they were employed in that work day and night.
34These chief fathers of the Levites were chief throughout their generations; these dwelt at Jerusalem.
35And in Gibeon dwelt the father of Gibeon, Jehiel, whose wife’s name was Maachah:
36And his firstborn son Abdon, then Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Ner, and Nadab,
37And Gedor, and Ahio, and Zechariah, and Mikloth.
38And Mikloth begat Shimeam. And they also dwelt with their brethren at Jerusalem, over against their brethren.
39And Ner begat Kish; and Kish begat Saul; and Saul begat Jonathan, and Malchi-shua, and Abinadab, and Esh-baal.
40And the son of Jonathan was Merib-baal: and Merib-baal begat Micah.
41And the sons of Micah were, Pithon, and Melech, and Tahrea, and Ahaz.
42And Ahaz begat Jarah; and Jarah begat Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begat Moza;

1So all Israel were listed by genealogies; and behold, they are written in the book of the kings of Israel. Judah was carried away captive to Babylon for their disobedience.
2Now the first inhabitants who lived in their possessions in their cities were Israel, the priests, the Levites, and the temple servants.
3In Jerusalem, there lived of the children of Judah, of the children of Benjamin, and of the children of Ephraim and Manasseh:
4Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the children of Perez the son of Judah.
5Of the Shilonites: Asaiah the firstborn and his sons.
6Of the sons of Zerah: Jeuel and their brothers, six hundred ninety.
7Of the sons of Benjamin: Sallu the son of Meshullam, the son of Hodaviah, the son of Hassenuah;

17The gatekeepers: Shallum, Akkub, Talmon, Ahiman, and their brothers (Shallum was the chief),
18who previously served in the king’s gate eastward. They were the gatekeepers for the camp of the children of Levi.
19Shallum was the son of Kore, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his brothers, of his father’s house, the Korahites, were over the work of the service, keepers of the thresholds of the tent. Their fathers had been over the LORD’s camp, keepers of the entry.
20Phinehas the son of Eleazar was ruler over them in time past, and the LORD was with him.
21Zechariah the son of Meshelemiah was gatekeeper of the door of the Tent of Meeting.
22All these who were chosen to be gatekeepers in the thresholds were two hundred twelve. These were listed by genealogy in their villages, whom David and Samuel the seer ordained in their office of trust.
23So they and their children had the oversight of the gates of the LORD’s house, even the house of the tent, as guards.
24On the four sides were the gatekeepers, toward the east, west, north, and south.
25Their brothers, in their villages, were to come in every seven days from time to time to be with them,
26for the four chief gatekeepers, who were Levites, were in an office of trust, and were over the rooms and over the treasuries in God’s house.
27They stayed around God’s house, because that was their duty; and it was their duty to open it morning by morning.
28Certain of them were in charge of the vessels of service, for these were brought in by count, and these were taken out by count.
29Some of them also were appointed over the furniture, and over all the vessels of the sanctuary, over the fine flour, the wine, the oil, the frankincense, and the spices.
30Some of the sons of the priests prepared the mixing of the spices.
31Mattithiah, one of the Levites, who was the firstborn of Shallum the Korahite, had the office of trust over the things that were baked in pans.
32Some of their brothers, of the sons of the Kohathites, were over the show bread, to prepare it every Sabbath.
33These are the singers, heads of fathers’ households of the Levites, who lived in the rooms and were free from other service, for they were employed in their work day and night.
34These were heads of fathers’ households of the Levites, throughout their generations, chief men. They lived at Jerusalem.
35Jeiel the father of Gibeon, whose wife’s name was Maacah, lived in Gibeon.
36His firstborn son was Abdon, then Zur, Kish, Baal, Ner, Nadab,
37Gedor, Ahio, Zechariah, and Mikloth.
38Mikloth became the father of Shimeam. They also lived with their relatives in Jerusalem, near their relatives.
39Ner became the father of Kish. Kish became the father of Saul. Saul became the father of Jonathan, Malchishua, Abinadab, and Eshbaal.
40The son of Jonathan was Merib-baal. Merib-baal became the father of Micah.
41The sons of Micah: Pithon, Melech, Tahrea, and Ahaz.
42Ahaz became the father of Jarah. Jarah became the father of Alemeth, Azmaveth, and Zimri. Zimri became the father of Moza.
43Moza became the father of Binea, Rephaiah his son, Eleasah his son, and Azel his son.
44Azel had six sons, whose names are Azrikam, Bocheru, Ishmael, Sheariah, Obadiah, and Hanan. These were the sons of Azel.
