Maaca, a esposa de Maquir, deu à luz um filho, e ela o chamou de Peres. O nome de seu irmão era Seres; e seus filhos foram Ulão e Requém.

Y Maachâ mujer de Machîr le parió un hijo, y llamóle Peres; y el nombre de su hermano fué Seres, cuyos hijos fueron Ulam y Recem.

And Maachah the wife of Machir bare a son, and she called his name Peresh; and the name of his brother was Sheresh; and his sons were Ulam and Rakem.
