13Jozadak aber ward mit weggeführet, da der HERR Juda und Jerusalem durch Nebukadnezar ließ gefangen wegführen.
14So sind nun die Kinder Levis diese: Gersom, Kahath, Merari.
15So heißen aber die Kinder Gersoms: Libni und Simei.
16Aber die Kinder Kahaths heißen: Amram, Jezehar, Hebron und Usiel.
17Die Kinder Meraris heißen: Maheli und Musi. Das sind die Geschlechter der Leviten unter ihren Vätern.
18Gersoms Sohn war Libni; des Sohn war Jahath; des Sohn war Sima;
19des Sohn war Joah; des Sohn war Iddo; des Sohn war Serah; des Sohn war Jeathrai.
20Kahaths Sohn aber war Amminadab; des Sohn war Korah; des Sohn war Assir;
21des Sohn war Elkana; des Sohn war Abiassaph; des Sohn war Assir;
22des Sohn war Thahath; des Sohn war Uriel; des Sohn war Usija; des Sohn war Saul.
23Die Kinder Elkanas waren Amasai und Ahimoth;
24des Sohn war Elkana; des Sohn war Elkana von Zoph; des Sohn war Nahath;
25des Sohn war Eliab; des Sohn war Jeroham; des Sohn war Elkana;
26des Sohn war Samuel; des Erstgeborner war Vasni, und Abija.
27Meraris Sohn war Maheli; des Sohn war Libni; des Sohn war Simei; des Sohn war Usa;
28des Sohn war Simea; des Sohn war Haggija; des Sohn war Asaja.
29Dies sind aber, die David stellete, zu singen im Hause des HERRN, da die Lade ruhete;
30und dieneten vor der Wohnung der Hütte des Stifts mit Singen, bis daß Salomo das Haus des HERRN bauete zu Jerusalem; und stunden nach ihrer Weise an ihrem Amt.
31Und dies sind sie, die da stunden, und ihre Kinder. Von den Kindern Kahaths war Heman, der Sänger, der Sohn Joels, des Sohns Samuels,
32des Sohns Elkanas, des Sohns Jerohams, des Sohns Eliels, des Sohns Thoahs,
33des Sohns Zuphs, des Sohns Elkanas, des Sohns Mahaths, des Sohns Amasais,
34des Sohns Elkanas, des Sohns Joels, des Sohns Asarja, des Sohns Zephanjas,
35des Sohns Thahaths, des Sohns Assirs, des Sohns Abiasaphs, des Sohns Korahs,
36des Sohns Jezehars, des Sohns Kahaths, des Sohns Levis, des Sohns Israels.
37Und sein Bruder Assaph stund zu seiner Rechten. Und er, der Assaph, war ein Sohn Berechjas, des Sohns Simeas,
38des Sohns Michaels, des Sohns Baesejas, des Sohns Malchijas,
39des Sohns Athnis, des Sohns Serahs, des Sohns Adajas,
40des Sohns Ethans, des Sohns Simas, des Sohns Simeis,
41des Sohns Jahaths, des Sohns Gersoms, des Sohns Levis.
42Ihre Brüder aber, die Kinder Meraris, stunden zur Linken: nämlich Ethan, der Sohn Kusis, des Sohns Abdis, des Sohns Malluchs,
43des Sohns Hasabjas, des Sohns Amazias, des Sohns Hilkias,
44des Sohns Amzis, des Sohns Banis, des Sohns Samers,
45des Sohns Mahelis, des Sohns Musis, des Sohns Meraris, des Sohns Levis.
46Ihre Brüder aber, die Leviten, waren gegeben zu allerlei Amt an der Wohnung des Hauses des HERRN.
47Aaron aber und seine Söhne waren im Amt, anzuzünden auf dem Brandopferaltar und auf dem Räuchaltar und zu allem Geschäfte im Allerheiligsten und zu versöhnen Israel, wie Mose, der Knecht Gottes, geboten hatte.
48Dies sind aber die Kinder Aarons: Eleasar, sein Sohn; des Sohn war Pinehas; des Sohn war Abisua;
49des Sohn war Buki; des Sohn war Usi; des Sohn war Serahja;
50des Sohn war Merajoth; des Sohn war Amarja; des Sohn war Ahitob;
51des Sohn war Zadok; des Sohn war Ahimaaz.
52Und dies ist ihre Wohnung und Sitz in ihren Grenzen, nämlich der Kinder Aarons, des Geschlechts der Kahathiter; denn das Los fiel ihnen.
53Und sie gaben ihnen Hebron im Lande Juda und derselben Vorstädte umher.
54Aber das Feld der Stadt und ihre Dörfer gaben sie Kaleb, dem Sohn Jephunnes.
55So gaben sie nun den Kindern Aarons die Freistädte, Hebron und Libna samt ihren Vorstädten, Jather und Esthemoa mit ihren Vorstädten,
56Hilen, Debir,
57Asan und Beth-Semes mit ihren Vorstädten;
58und aus dem Stamm Benjamin Geba, Alemeth und Anathoth mit ihren Vorstädten; daß aller Städte in ihrem Geschlecht waren dreizehn.
59Aber den andern Kindern Kahaths ihres Geschlechts, aus dem halben Stamm Manasse, wurden durchs Los zehn Städte.
60Den Kindern Gersoms ihres Geschlechts wurden aus dem Stamm Isaschar und aus dem Stamm Asser und aus dem Stamm Naphthali und aus dem Stamm Manasse in Basan dreizehn Städte.
61Den Kindern Meraris ihres Geschlechts wurden durchs Los aus dem Stamm Ruben und aus dem Stamm Gad und aus dem Stamm Sebulon zwölf Städte.
62Und die Kinder Israel gaben den Leviten auch Städte mit ihren Vorstädten,
63nämlich durchs Los aus dem Stamm der Kinder Juda und aus dem Stamm der Kinder Simeon und aus dem Stamm der Kinder Benjamin die Städte, die sie mit Namen bestimmten.
64Aber den Geschlechtern der Kinder Kahaths wurden Städte ihrer Grenze aus dem Stamm Ephraim.
65So gaben sie nun ihnen, dem Geschlecht der andern Kinder Kahaths, die freien Städte: Sichem auf dem Gebirge Ephraim, Geser,
66Jakmeam, Beth-Horon,
67Ajalon und Gath-Rimon mit ihren Vorstädten;
68dazu aus dem halben Stamm Manasse: Aner und Bileam mit ihren Vorstädten.
69Aber den Kindern Gersoms gaben sie aus dem Geschlecht des halben Stamms Manasse: Golan in Basan und Astharoth mit ihren Vorstädten.
70Aus dem Stamm Isaschar: Kedes, Dabrath,
71Ramoth und Anem mit ihren Vorstädten.
72Aus dem Stamm Asser: Masal, Abdon,
73Hukok und Rehob mit ihren Vorstädten.
74Aus dem Stamm Naphthali: Kedes in Galiläa, Hammon und Kiriathaim mit ihren Vorstädten.
75Den andern Kindern Meraris gaben sie aus dem Stamm Sebulon: Rimmono und Thabor mit ihren Vorstädten;
76und jenseit des Jordans gegen Jericho, gegen der Sonnen Aufgang am Jordan, aus dem Stamm Ruben: Bezer in der Wüste, Jahza,
77Kedemoth und Mepaath mit ihren Vorstädten.
78Aus dem Stamm Gad: Ramoth in Gilead, Mahanaim,
79Hesbon und Jaeser mit ihren Vorstädten.
80Die Kinder Isaschars waren: Thola, Pua, Jasub und Simron, die vier.
81Die Kinder aber Tholas waren: Usi, Rephaja, Jeriel, Jahemai, Jebsam und Samuel, Häupter im Hause ihrer Väter von Thola und gewaltige Leute in ihrem Geschlecht, an der Zahl zu Davids Zeiten zweiundzwanzigtausend und sechshundert.

55Les dieron pues á Hebrón en tierra de Judá, y sus ejidos alrededor de ella.
56Mas el territorio de la ciudad y sus aldeas se dieron á Caleb, hijo de Jephone.
57Y á los hijos de Aarón dieron las ciudades de Judá de acogimiento, es á saber, á Hebrón, y á Libna con sus ejidos;
58A Jathir, y Esthemoa con sus ejidos, y á Hilem con sus ejidos, y á Debir con sus ejidos;
59A Asán con sus ejidos, y á Beth-semes con sus ejidos:
60Y de la tribu de Benjamín, á Geba con sus ejidos, y á Alemeth con sus ejidos, y á Anathoth con sus ejidos. Todas sus ciudades fueron trece ciudades, repartidas por sus linajes.
61A los hijos de Coath, que quedaron de su parentela, dieron diez ciudades de la media tribu de Manasés por suerte.
62Y á los hijos de Gersón, por sus linajes, dieron de la tribu de Issachâr, y de la tribu de Aser, y de la tribu de Nephtalí, y de la tribu de Manasés en Basán, trece ciudades.
63Y á los hijos de Merari, por sus linajes, de la tribu de Rubén, y de la tribu de Gad, y de la tribu de Zabulón, se dieron por suerte doce ciudades.
64Y dieron los hijos de Israel á los Levitas ciudades con sus ejidos.
65Y dieron por suerte de la tribu de los hijos de Judá, y de la tribu de los hijos de Simeón, y de la tribu de los hijos de Benjamín, las ciudades que nombraron por sus nombres.
66Y á los linajes de los hijos de Coath dieron ciudades con sus términos de la tribu de Ephraim.
67Y diéronles las ciudades de acogimiento, á Sichêm con sus ejidos en el monte de Ephraim, y á Gezer con sus ejidos,
68Y á Jocmeam con sus ejidos, y á Beth-oron con sus ejidos,
69Y á Ajalón con sus ejidos, y á Gath-rimmón con sus ejidos.
70De la media tribu de Manasés, á Aner con sus ejidos, y á Bilam con sus ejidos, para los del linaje de los hijos de Coath que habían quedado.

50And these are the sons of Aaron; Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son,
51Bukki his son, Uzzi his son, Zerahiah his son,

53Zadok his son, Ahimaaz his son.
54Now these are their dwelling places throughout their castles in their coasts, of the sons of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites: for theirs was the lot.
55And they gave them Hebron in the land of Judah, and the suburbs thereof round about it.
56But the fields of the city, and the villages thereof, they gave to Caleb the son of Jephunneh.
57And to the sons of Aaron they gave the cities of Judah, namely, Hebron, the city of refuge, and Libnah with her suburbs, and Jattir, and Eshtemoa, with their suburbs,
58And Hilen with her suburbs, Debir with her suburbs,
59And Ashan with her suburbs, and Beth-shemesh with her suburbs:
60And out of the tribe of Benjamin; Geba with her suburbs, and Alemeth with her suburbs, and Anathoth with her suburbs. All their cities throughout their families were thirteen cities.
61And unto the sons of Kohath, which were left of the family of that tribe, were cities given out of the half tribe, namely, out of the half tribe of Manasseh, by lot, ten cities.
62And to the sons of Gershom throughout their families out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.
63Unto the sons of Merari were given by lot, throughout their families, out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.
64And the children of Israel gave to the Levites these cities with their suburbs.
65And they gave by lot out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the children of Benjamin, these cities, which are called by their names.
66And the residue of the families of the sons of Kohath had cities of their coasts out of the tribe of Ephraim.
67And they gave unto them, of the cities of refuge, Shechem in mount Ephraim with her suburbs; they gave also Gezer with her suburbs,
68And Jokmeam with her suburbs, and Beth-horon with her suburbs,
69And Aijalon with her suburbs, and Gath-rimmon with her suburbs:
70And out of the half tribe of Manasseh; Aner with her suburbs, and Bileam with her suburbs, for the family of the remnant of the sons of Kohath.
71Unto the sons of Gershom were given out of the family of the half tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan with her suburbs, and Ashtaroth with her suburbs:

79Kedemoth also with her suburbs, and Mephaath with her suburbs:

3The children of Amram: Aaron, Moses, and Miriam. The sons of Aaron: Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
4Eleazar became the father of Phinehas, Phinehas became the father of Abishua,
5Abishua became the father of Bukki. Bukki became the father of Uzzi.
6Uzzi became the father of Zerahiah. Zerahiah became the father of Meraioth.
7Meraioth became the father of Amariah. Amariah became the father of Ahitub.
8Ahitub became the father of Zadok. Zadok became the father of Ahimaaz.
9Ahimaaz became the father of Azariah. Azariah became the father of Johanan.
10Johanan became the father of Azariah, who executed the priest’s office in the house that Solomon built in Jerusalem.
11Azariah became the father of Amariah. Amariah became the father of Ahitub.
12Ahitub became the father of Zadok. Zadok became the father of Shallum.
13Shallum became the father of Hilkiah. Hilkiah became the father of Azariah.
14Azariah became the father of Seraiah. Seraiah became the father of Jehozadak.
15Jehozadak went into captivity when the LORD carried Judah and Jerusalem away by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.
16The sons of Levi: Gershom, Kohath, and Merari.
17These are the names of the sons of Gershom: Libni and Shimei.
18The sons of Kohath were Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel.
19The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi. These are the families of the Levites according to their fathers’ households.
20Of Gershom: Libni his son, Jahath his son, Zimmah his son,
21Joah his son, Iddo his son, Zerah his son, and Jeatherai his son.
22The sons of Kohath: Amminadab his son, Korah his son, Assir his son,
23Elkanah his son, Ebiasaph his son, Assir his son,
24Tahath his son, Uriel his son, Uzziah his son, and Shaul his son.
25The sons of Elkanah: Amasai and Ahimoth.
26As for Elkanah, the sons of Elkanah: Zophai his son, Nahath his son,
27Eliab his son, Jeroham his son, and Elkanah his son.
28The sons of Samuel: the firstborn, Joel, and the second, Abijah.
29The sons of Merari: Mahli, Libni his son, Shimei his son, Uzzah his son,
30Shimea his son, Haggiah his son, Asaiah his son.
31These are they whom David set over the service of song in the LORD’s house after the ark came to rest there.
32They ministered with song before the tabernacle of the Tent of Meeting until Solomon had built the LORD’s house in Jerusalem. They performed the duties of their office according to their order.
33These are those who served, and their sons. Of the sons of the Kohathites: Heman the singer, the son of Joel, the son of Samuel,
34the son of Elkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Eliel, the son of Toah,
35the son of Zuph, the son of Elkanah, the son of Mahath, the son of Amasai,
36the son of Elkanah, the son of Joel, the son of Azariah, the son of Zephaniah,
37the son of Tahath, the son of Assir, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah,
38the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, the son of Israel.
39His brother Asaph, who stood on his right hand, even Asaph the son of Berechiah, the son of Shimea,
40the son of Michael, the son of Baaseiah, the son of Malchijah,
41the son of Ethni, the son of Zerah, the son of Adaiah,
42the son of Ethan, the son of Zimmah, the son of Shimei,
43the son of Jahath, the son of Gershom, the son of Levi.
44On the left hand their brothers the sons of Merari: Ethan the son of Kishi, the son of Abdi, the son of Malluch,
45the son of Hashabiah, the son of Amaziah, the son of Hilkiah,
46the son of Amzi, the son of Bani, the son of Shemer,
47the son of Mahli, the son of Mushi, the son of Merari, the son of Levi.
48Their brothers the Levites were appointed for all the service of the tabernacle of God’s house.
49But Aaron and his sons offered on the altar of burnt offering, and on the altar of incense, for all the work of the most holy place, and to make atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.
50These are the sons of Aaron: Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son,
51Bukki his son, Uzzi his son, Zerahiah his son,
52Meraioth his son, Amariah his son, Ahitub his son,
53Zadok his son, and Ahimaaz his son.
54Now these are their dwelling places according to their encampments in their borders: to the sons of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites (for theirs was the first lot),
55to them they gave Hebron in the land of Judah, and its pasture lands around it;
56but the fields of the city and its villages, they gave to Caleb the son of Jephunneh.
57To the sons of Aaron they gave the cities of refuge, Hebron, Libnah also with its pasture lands, Jattir, Eshtemoa with its pasture lands,
58Hilen with its pasture lands, Debir with its pasture lands,
59Ashan with its pasture lands, and Beth Shemesh with its pasture lands;
60and out of the tribe of Benjamin, Geba with its pasture lands, Allemeth with its pasture lands, and Anathoth with its pasture lands. All their cities throughout their families were thirteen cities.
61To the rest of the sons of Kohath were given by lot, out of the family of the tribe, out of the half-tribe, the half of Manasseh, ten cities.
62To the sons of Gershom, according to their families, out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.
63To the sons of Merari were given by lot, according to their families, out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.
64The children of Israel gave to the Levites the cities with their pasture lands.
65They gave by lot out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the children of Benjamin, these cities which are mentioned by name.
66Some of the families of the sons of Kohath had cities of their borders out of the tribe of Ephraim.
67They gave to them the cities of refuge, Shechem in the hill country of Ephraim with its pasture lands and Gezer with its pasture lands,
68Jokmeam with its pasture lands, Beth Horon with its pasture lands,
69Aijalon with its pasture lands, Gath Rimmon with its pasture lands;
70and out of the half-tribe of Manasseh, Aner with its pasture lands, and Bileam with its pasture lands, for the rest of the family of the sons of Kohath.
71To the sons of Gershom were given, out of the family of the half-tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan with its pasture lands, and Ashtaroth with its pasture lands;
72and out of the tribe of Issachar, Kedesh with its pasture lands, Daberath with its pasture lands,
73Ramoth with its pasture lands, and Anem with its pasture lands;
74and out of the tribe of Asher, Mashal with its pasture lands, Abdon with its pasture lands,
75Hukok with its pasture lands, and Rehob with its pasture lands;
76and out of the tribe of Naphtali, Kedesh in Galilee with its pasture lands, Hammon with its pasture lands, and Kiriathaim with its pasture lands.
77To the rest of the Levites, the sons of Merari, were given, out of the tribe of Zebulun, Rimmono with its pasture lands, and Tabor with its pasture lands;
78and beyond the Jordan at Jericho, on the east side of the Jordan, were given them out of the tribe of Reuben: Bezer in the wilderness with its pasture lands, Jahzah with its pasture lands,
79Kedemoth with its pasture lands, and Mephaath with its pasture lands;
80and out of the tribe of Gad, Ramoth in Gilead with its pasture lands, Mahanaim with its pasture lands,
81Heshbon with its pasture lands, and Jazer with its pasture lands.
