1Aus den Kindern aber Perez war der Oberste über alle Hauptleute der Heere im ersten Monden.
2Über die Ordnung des andern Monden war Dodai, der Ahohiter, und Mikloth war Fürst über seine Ordnung; und unter seiner Ordnung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
3Der dritte Feldhauptmann des dritten Monden, der Oberste war Benaja, der Sohn Jojadas, des Priesters; und unter seiner Ordnung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
4Das ist der Benaja, der Held unter dreißigen und über dreißig; und seine Ordnung war unter seinem Sohn Ammisabad.
5Der vierte im vierten Monden war Asahel, Joabs Bruder, und nach ihm Sabadja, sein Sohn; und unter seiner Ordnung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
6Der fünfte im fünften Monden war Samehuth, der Jesrahiter; und unter seiner Ordnung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
7Der sechste im sechsten Monden war Ira, der Sohn Ikes, der Thekoiter; und unter seiner Ordnung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
8Der siebente im siebenten Monden war Helez, der Peloniter, aus den Kindern Ephraim; und unter seiner Ordnung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
9Der achte im achten Monden war Sibechai, der Husathiter, aus den Sarehitern; und unter seiner Ordnung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
10Der neunte im neunten Monden war Abieser, der Anthothiter, aus den Kindern Jemini; und unter seiner Ordnung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
11Der zehnte im zehnten Monden war Maherai, der Netophathiter, aus den Serahitern; und unter seiner Ordnung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
12Der elfte im elften Monden war Benaja, der Pirgathoniter, aus den Kindern Ephraim; und unter seiner Ordnung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
13Der zwölfte im zwölften Monden war Heldai, der Netophathiter, aus Athniel; und unter seiner Ordnung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
14Über die Stämme Israels aber waren diese: Unter den Rubenitern war Fürst Elieser, der Sohn Sichris. Unter den Simeonitern war Sephatja, der Sohn Maechas.
15Unter den Leviten war Hasabja, der Sohn Kemuels. Unter den Aaronitern war Zadok.
16Unter Juda war Elihu aus den Brüdern Davids. Unter Isaschar war Amri, der Sohn Michaels.
17Unter Sebulon war Jesmaja, der Sohn Obadjas. Unter Naphthali war Jerimoth, der Sohn Asriels.
18Unter den Kindern Ephraim war Hosea, der Sohn Asasjas. Unter dem halben Stamm Manasse war Joel, der Sohn Pedajas.
19Unter dem halben Stamm Manasse in Gilead war Iddo, der Sohn Sacharjas. Unter Benjamin war Jaesiel, der Sohn Abners.
20Unter Dan war Asareel, der Sohn Jerohams. Das sind die Fürsten der Stämme Israels.
21Aber David nahm die Zahl nicht derer, die von zwanzig Jahren und drunter waren; denn der HERR hatte geredet, Israel zu mehren wie die Sterne am Himmel.
22Joab aber, der Sohn Zerujas, der hatte angefangen zu zählen, und vollendete es nicht, denn es kam darum ein Zorn über Israel; darum kam die Zahl nicht in die Chronik des Königs David.
23Über den Schatz des Königs war Asmaveth, der Sohn Adiels; und über die Schätze auf dem Lande in Städten Dörfern und Schlössern war Jonathan, der Sohn Usias.
24Über die Ackerleute, das Land zu bauen, war Esri, der Sohn Chelubs.
25Über die Weinberge war Simei, der Ramathiter. Über die Weinkeller und Schätze des Weins war Sabdi, der Siphimiter.
26Über die Ölgärten und Maulbeerbäume in den Auen war Baal-Hanan, der Gaderiter. Über den Ölschatz war Joas.
27Über die Weiderinder zu Saron war Sitrai, der Saroniter. Aber über die Rinder in Gründen war Saphat, der Sohn Adlais.
28Über die Kamele war Obil, der Ismaeliter. Über die Esel war Jehedja, der Meronothiter.
29Über die Schafe war Jasis, der Hagariter. Diese waren alle Oberste über die Güter des Königs David.
30Jonathan aber, Davids Vetter, war der Rat und Hofmeister und Kanzler. Und Jehiel, der Sohn Hachmonis, war bei den Kindern des Königs.
31Ahitophel war auch Rat des Königs. Husai, der Arachiter, war des Königs Freund.
32Nach Ahitophel war Jojada, der Sohn Benajas, und Abjathar. Joab aber war Feldhauptmann des Königs.
33Und David versammelte gen Jerusalem alle Obersten Israels, nämlich die Fürsten der Stämme, die Fürsten der Ordnungen, die auf den König warteten, die Fürsten über tausend und über hundert, die Fürsten über die Güter und Vieh des Königs und seiner Söhne, mit den Kämmerern, die Kriegsmänner und alle tapferen Männer.
34Und David, der König, stund auf seinen Füßen und sprach: Höret mir zu, meine Brüder und mein Volk! Ich hatte mir vorgenommen, ein Haus zu bauen, da ruhen sollte die Lade des Bundes des HERRN, und ein Fußschemel den Füßen unsers Gottes, und hatte mich geschickt zu bauen.

1Y LOS hijos de Israel según su número, á saber, príncipes de familias, tribunos, centuriones y oficiales de los que servían al rey en todos los negocios de las divisiones que entraban y salían cada mes en todos los meses del año, eran en cada división veinte y cuatro mil.
2Sobre la primera división del primer mes estaba Jasobam hijo de Zabdiel; y había en su división veinte y cuatro mil.
3De los hijos de Phares fué él jefe de todos los capitanes de las compañías del primer mes.
4Sobre la división del segundo mes estaba Dodai Ahohita: y Micloth era mayor general en su división, en la que también había veinte y cuatro mil.
5El jefe de la tercera división para el tercer mes era Benaías, hijo de Joiada sumo sacerdote; y en su división había veinte y cuatro mil.
6Este Benaías era valiente entre los treinta y sobre los treinta; y en su división estaba Amisabad su hijo.
7El cuarto jefe para el cuarto mes era Asael hermano de Joab, y después de él Zebadías su hijo; y en su división había veinte y cuatro mil.
8El quinto jefe para el quinto mes era Sambuth Izrita: y en su división había veinte y cuatro mil.
9El sexto para el sexto mes era Hira hijo de Icces, de Tecoa; y en su división veinte y cuatro mil.
10El séptimo para el séptimo mes era Helles Pelonita, de los hijos de Ephraim; y en su división veinte y cuatro mil.
11El octavo para el octavo mes era Sibbecai Husatita, de Zarahi; y en su división veinte y cuatro mil.
12El noveno para el noveno mes era Abiezer Anathothita, de los Benjamitas; y en su división veinte y cuatro mil.

24Joab hijo de Sarvia había comenzado á contar, mas no acabó, pues por esto vino la ira sobre Israel: y así el número no fué puesto en el registro de las crónicas del rey David.
25Y Azmaveth hijo de Adiel tenía cargo de los tesoros del rey; y de los tesoros de los campos, y de las ciudades, y de las aldeas y castillos, Jonathán hijo de Uzzías;
26Y de los que trabajaban en la labranza de las tierras, Ezri hijo de Chêlud;
27Y de las viñas Simi Ramathita; y del fruto de las viñas para las bodegas, Zabdías Siphmita;
28Y de los olivares é higuerales que había en las campiñas, Baal-hanan Gederita; y de los almacenes del aceite, Joas;
29De las vacas que pastaban en Sarón, Sitrai Saronita; y de las vacas que estaban en los valles, Saphat hijo de Adlai;
30Y de los camellos, Obil Ismaelita; y de las asnas, Jedías Meronothita;
31Y de las ovejas, Jaziz Agareno. Todos estos eran superintendentes de la hacienda del rey David.
32Y Jonathán, tío de David, era consejero, varón prudente y escriba; y Jehiel hijo de Hacmoni estaba con los hijos del rey.
33Y también Achitophel era consejero del rey; y Husai Arachîta amigo del rey.
34Después de Achitophel era Joiada hijo de Benaías, y Abiathar. Y Joab era el general del ejército del rey.

1Now the children of Israel after their number, to wit, the chief fathers and captains of thousands and hundreds, and their officers that served the king in any matter of the courses, which came in and went out month by month throughout all the months of the year, of every course were twenty and four thousand.
2Over the first course for the first month was Jashobeam the son of Zabdiel: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.
3Of the children of Perez was the chief of all the captains of the host for the first month.
4And over the course of the second month was Dodai an Ahohite, and of his course was Mikloth also the ruler: in his course likewise were twenty and four thousand.
5The third captain of the host for the third month was Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, a chief priest: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.
6This is that Benaiah, who was mighty among the thirty, and above the thirty: and in his course was Ammizabad his son.
7The fourth captain for the fourth month was Asahel the brother of Joab, and Zebadiah his son after him: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.
8The fifth captain for the fifth month was Shamhuth the Izrahite: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.
9The sixth captain for the sixth month was Ira the son of Ikkesh the Tekoite: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.
10The seventh captain for the seventh month was Helez the Pelonite, of the children of Ephraim: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

14The eleventh captain for the eleventh month was Benaiah the Pirathonite, of the children of Ephraim: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.
15The twelfth captain for the twelfth month was Heldai the Netophathite, of Othniel: and in his course were twenty and four thousand.
16Furthermore over the tribes of Israel: the ruler of the Reubenites was Eliezer the son of Zichri: of the Simeonites, Shephatiah the son of Maachah:
17Of the Levites, Hashabiah the son of Kemuel: of the Aaronites, Zadok:
18Of Judah, Elihu, one of the brethren of David: of Issachar, Omri the son of Michael:
19Of Zebulun, Ishmaiah the son of Obadiah: of Naphtali, Jerimoth the son of Azriel:
20Of the children of Ephraim, Hoshea the son of Azaziah: of the half tribe of Manasseh, Joel the son of Pedaiah:
21Of the half tribe of Manasseh in Gilead, Iddo the son of Zechariah: of Benjamin, Jaasiel the son of Abner:
22Of Dan, Azareel the son of Jeroham. These were the princes of the tribes of Israel.
23But David took not the number of them from twenty years old and under: because the LORD had said he would increase Israel like to the stars of the heavens.
24Joab the son of Zeruiah began to number, but he finished not, because there fell wrath for it against Israel; neither was the number put in the account of the chronicles of king David.
25And over the king’s treasures was Azmaveth the son of Adiel: and over the storehouses in the fields, in the cities, and in the villages, and in the castles, was Jehonathan the son of Uzziah:
26And over them that did the work of the field for tillage of the ground was Ezri the son of Chelub:
27And over the vineyards was Shimei the Ramathite: over the increase of the vineyards for the wine cellars was Zabdi the Shiphmite:
28And over the olive trees and the sycomore trees that were in the low plains was Baal-hanan the Gederite: and over the cellars of oil was Joash:
29And over the herds that fed in Sharon was Shitrai the Sharonite: and over the herds that were in the valleys was Shaphat the son of Adlai:
30Over the camels also was Obil the Ishmaelite: and over the asses was Jehdeiah the Meronothite:
31And over the flocks was Jaziz the Hagerite. All these were the rulers of the substance which was king David’s.
32Also Jonathan David’s uncle was a counsellor, a wise man, and a scribe: and Jehiel the son of Hachmoni was with the king’s sons:
33And Ahithophel was the king’s counsellor: and Hushai the Archite was the king’s companion:
34And after Ahithophel was Jehoiada the son of Benaiah, and Abiathar: and the general of the king’s army was Joab.

1Now the children of Israel after their number, the heads of fathers’ households and the captains of thousands and of hundreds, and their officers who served the king in any matter of the divisions which came in and went out month by month throughout all the months of the year—of every division were twenty-four thousand.
2Over the first division for the first month was Jashobeam the son of Zabdiel. In his division were twenty-four thousand.
3He was of the children of Perez, the chief of all the captains of the army for the first month.
4Over the division of the second month was Dodai the Ahohite and his division, and Mikloth the ruler; and in his division were twenty-four thousand.
5The third captain of the army for the third month was Benaiah, the son of Jehoiada the chief priest. In his division were twenty-four thousand.
6This is that Benaiah who was the mighty man of the thirty and over the thirty. Of his division was Ammizabad his son.

25Over the king’s treasures was Azmaveth the son of Adiel. Over the treasures in the fields, in the cities, in the villages, and in the towers was Jonathan the son of Uzziah;
26Over those who did the work of the field for tillage of the ground was Ezri the son of Chelub.
27Over the vineyards was Shimei the Ramathite. Over the increase of the vineyards for the wine cellars was Zabdi the Shiphmite.
28Over the olive trees and the sycamore trees that were in the lowland was Baal Hanan the Gederite. Over the cellars of oil was Joash.
29Over the herds that fed in Sharon was Shitrai the Sharonite. Over the herds that were in the valleys was Shaphat the son of Adlai.
30Over the camels was Obil the Ishmaelite. Over the donkeys was Jehdeiah the Meronothite. Over the flocks was Jaziz the Hagrite.
31All these were the rulers of the property which was King David’s.
32Also Jonathan, David’s uncle, was a counselor, a man of understanding, and a scribe. Jehiel the son of Hachmoni was with the king’s sons.
33Ahithophel was the king’s counselor. Hushai the Archite was the king’s friend.
34After Ahithophel was Jehoiada the son of Benaiah, and Abiathar. Joab was the captain of the king’s army.
