15Und Gott sandte einen Engel nach Jerusalem, es zu verheeren; als er aber verheerte, sah Jahwe darein und ließ sich das Unheil gereuen und gebot dem Engel, der die Verheerung anzurichten hatte: Genug! Ziehe nun deine Hand ab! - der Engel Jahwes befand sich eben bei der Tenne des Jebusiters Ornan.

15And God sent an angel unto Jerusalem to destroy it: and as he was destroying, the LORD beheld, and he repented him of the evil, and said to the angel that destroyed, It is enough, stay now thine hand. And the angel of the LORD stood by the threshingfloor of Ornan the Jebusite.

15God sent an angel to Jerusalem to destroy it. As he was about to destroy, the LORD saw, and he relented of the disaster, and said to the destroying angel, “It is enough. Now withdraw your hand.” the LORD’s angel was standing by the threshing floor of Ornan the Jebusite.
