8Chams Söhne sind Kusch und Misraim, Put und Kanaan.

10Und Kusch zeugte Nimrod. Dieser fing an, auf Erden ein Held zu werden.

12die Patrusiter und die Kasluchiter sowie die Kaphtoriter, von denen die Philister auszogen.
13Und Kanaan zeugte Sidon als seinen Erstgeborenen und Chet,

16Arvaditer, Semariter und Chamatiter
17Sems Söhne sind Elam, Assur, Arphaksad, Lud, Aram, Us, Chul, Geter und Mesek.
18Und Arphaksad zeugte den Selach und Selach den Eber.
19Zwei Söhne wurden Eber geboren. Des einen Name war Peleg. Denn in seinen Tagen ward die Erde zerteilt. Sein Bruder hieß Joktan.

28Abrahams Söhne waren Isaak und Ismael.

46Als Chusam starb, ward an seiner Statt König Bedads Sohn, Hadad, der Midian auf Moabs Gefilde schlug. Seine Stadt hieß Avit.
47Als Hadad starb, ward Samla aus Masreha an seiner Statt König.

23Ophir, Havila, y Jobab: todos hijos de Joctán.
