19E vendo os sírios de Hadadezer que haviam caído diante de Israel, concordarem em fazer a paz com Davi, e foram seus servos; e nunca mais os sírios quiseram ajudar os filhos de Amom.

19Y viendo los Siros de Adarezer que habían caído delante de Israel, concertaron paz con David, y fueron sus siervos; y nunca más quiso el Siro ayudar á los hijos de Ammón.

19And when the servants of Hadarezer saw that they were put to the worse before Israel, they made peace with David, and became his servants: neither would the Syrians help the children of Ammon any more.
