1 Crónicas 17

Car, toi-même, ô mon Dieu! tu as révélé à ton serviteur que tu lui bâtirais une maison; c'est pourquoi ton serviteur a osé prier devant ta face.

Porque tú, Dios mío, revelaste al oído á tu siervo que le has de edificar casa; por eso ha hallado tu siervo motivo de orar delante de ti.

For thou, O my God, hast told thy servant that thou wilt build him an house: therefore thy servant hath found in his heart to pray before thee.

For you, my God, have revealed to your servant that you will build him a house. Therefore your servant has found courage to pray before you.
