11Essi adunque salirono in Baal-perasim, e Davide li percosse quivi, e disse: Iddio ha rotti per mia mano i miei nemici; a guisa d'una inondazione d'acqua; perciò quel luogo fu chiamato Baal-perasim.

11Subieron pues á Baal-perasim, y allí los hirió David. Dijo luego David: Dios rompió mis enemigos por mi mano, como se rompen las aguas. Por esto llamaron el nombre de aquel lugar Baal-perasim.

11So they came up to Baal-perazim; and David smote them there. Then David said, God hath broken in upon mine enemies by mine hand like the breaking forth of waters: therefore they called the name of that place Baal-perazim.
